Chapter 23

"Are you taking any pills?"

Jungkook just stared.

"Ermmmm..."

"Well?" Taehyung asked.

"W-well... If I say it then Jungkook will scold me," 'Jungkook' said.

Seriously? Taehyung thought.

"But aren't you Jungkook?" he asked.

"N-no... I'm Kookie!!" Kookie exclaimed.

"O-oh, okay? And why would he scold you? You're... You know... Him?" Taehyung said.

"He told me not to tell you at all cost... Y-yet, I-I broke his r-rule..." Kookie said as tears threatened to fall.

Taehyung started to panic at this.

He didn't know what to do.

Just as he thought, he went closer to Kookie and plopped himself down, right next to Kookie.

"Hey, Kookie. Don't cry, I've thought you've always wanted to be a brave boy, right?" he said.

Kookie just sniffled.

"Okay, then. Why not you just tell me where those pills are and I'll treat you ice cream?" Taehyung suggested.

Just then, Kookie's eyes lit up.

"I-ice cream!? B-but J-Jungkook said is not good for our health..." Kookie said.

Seriously Kook!? Have you been brainwashing yourself!?

Taehyung sighed before saying, "Well, why not we keep this as a secret between us, hmm?"

Kookie looked up at him before handing out his right pinky.

"Pinky promise?"

Taehyung just chuckled at his cute sight.

"Pinky promised," Taehyung said as he wrap his own pinky on Kookie's.

"Now, tell me where the pills are,"

Namjoon's POV

I was busy doing a research on this "Kim Taehyung", brother of that one gorgeous guy (you know who). It was getting really late and yet I couldn't find any single trace of him. All I've found was that he was last seen in a dark alley.

Like seriously, who takes the dark alley!?

I sighed.

Just then I've remembered.

I needed to find that boy.

Not only it's because is my job.

It's also because of a certain someone...

Just then, an idea popped out from my head.  I quickly dialed a random number and waited for the other line to answer.

After like a hell of fifteen minutes of waiting, he finally picked up.

"Min, we've got some business here,"
