I woke up and groaned at the bright sun peeking through my balcony doors. I rubbed my eyes and remembered that Calum had invited me to a day with him and his mates, so I got up, hopped in the shower and brushed my teeth. I blow dried my hair and got dressed, putting on some ripped jeans and a yellow v-neck. I applied some simple makeup and decided to keep my hair as it was: dry and wavy.

I slipped on my some shoes and headed into the kitchen. I heard my phone buzz in my back pocket, so I pull it out and look at the notification.

From Calum: "Ready?"

Mentally thanking myself for getting up when I did, I text Calum back.

To Calum: "Ready"

A few seconds later I heard a knock on my door. I grab my keys, walk over and open the door to see Calum. He instantly smiles and hugs me.

"Let's go." he said, grabbing my hand and leading us towards the elevator.

He presses the last floor and we sit silently for the door to open. Once it does, Calum leads me to his car, still holding my hand. He opens the passenger side door for me and closes it once I'm inside. He jogs over to the drivers side and gets in. He pushes the key into the ignition and starts driving.

"Where are we going?" I asked. Calum hadn't given me any details about today.

"It's a surprise." he said, smirking. I roll my eyes and look out the window of his car.

Australia truly was beautiful, there were so many things to do and so many things to see. When I made the decision to move, I knew I was going to Australia. I was just glad my parents supported me in my decision, who knows where I'd be and what I'd be doing if they didn't.

A few minutes later, we pulled into a bowling alley. It was older, it looked like it had been around for a while. Calum runs around and opens my door for me, something we always did whenever we went places together. It was one of the small but cute gestures I loved that he did.

"Bowling? Get ready to get your ass kicked." I said cockily. I was pretty good at bowling, but not playing for a few years may have made me a little rusty.

"Oh really? Let's see." Calum said. We walked into the bowling place and I instantly see Luke, Ashton and Michael.

"Hey guys! You ready for some bowling?" Ashton said excitedly. I laughed as his excitement and nodded.

later

A few hours later and I realized Calum and his friends actually sucked ass at bowling. I won, by a lot, and we all laughed about it.

"Damn, who knew Jane was a bowling pro?" Luke laughed. We all laughed along with him as we returned our shoes to the front desk.

"Let's go get pizza, I'm hungry." Michael whined.

"You're always hungry Michael." Calum laughed.

"Whatever Cal. Can we just get some food?" Michael whined again.

"Alright, we'll get some food." Ashton laughed. "Meet us at the pizza place?" Ashton asked Calum.

"Let's go." Calum said, placing his hand on my back gently and leading me to the exit. We get into his car and let out a sigh in union.

"That was fun. I haven't bowled in forever." I smiled, looking at Calum, who was also smiling.

"What? You kicked all our asses." Calum laughed. "I had fun too."
