Into the Unknown

And suddenly you know...It's time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings.

I slid under the bed with ease, pulling the duvet back over so that nobody could see under and so that I couldn't see out minus the thin slither that ran along the bottom. My heart was pounding as I lay pressed against the ground, I could feel it through my whole body, making me feel sick as silence rocked the living room. The silence was quickly destroyed as Yugyeom started shouting at the top of his lungs. I made myself as small as possible, scared.

Yugyeom's Point of View

Yugyeom stood in the middle of the living room, his gun pointed at the doorway where the six strangers had taken up the empty space, flicking the light on and illuminating the room.

"If any of you take another step, I'll shoot you. I suggest you turn around and get the fuck out of my house." He barked. The six strangers just stared at him, smiling amongst themselves but not moving any further in or out, standing in silence. Yugyeom grunted in frustration. "Come on then! What are you waiting for?!" He tried to gain a reaction, tried to spur them to do something.

They were silent as they parted, three on either side. A familiar face walked between them, standing slightly ahead of them as he cocked his head, taking Yugyeom in.

"And I suggest you put that gun down before you end up hurting yourself, Yugyeom." Jungkook smirked as Yugyeom narrowed his eyes.

"What are you doing here? What do you want?" Yugyeom questioned, holding the gun pointed at Jungkook. Jungkook walked into the room, unfaltering.

"Surely you haven't forgotten about your debt. Yugyeom? I've been paying my men very well to make sure you were reminded every minute of every day."

"I still have two days. So why are you here?" Jungkook kept moving, sitting himself down on the sofa. He made himself comfortable, crossing his legs over.

"You originally had two weeks and then it was slashed to four days, correct?" Jungkook asked. Yugyeom nodded. "And then you had two days and now your time is up. Can you think of any common circumstances in those instances?" Jungkook smirked, straightening his jacket.

"What? I'm supposed to recollect every small thing that has happened over the last few days? Recollect something that may have pissed you off?!" Yugyeom snapped.

"It's a pretty specific thing, Yugyeom. I even pointed it out in one of my letters. I don't see how it's so hard for you to recollect, it seems to be a day to day occurrence." Yugyeom's face hardened as he realised what Jungkook meant.

"That is none of your business." He quickly said.

"When you do it out on the street, it becomes everyone's business. Laying your hands on a woman, Yugyeom. I'm surprised even you sank that low..."

"It doesn't matter now. She's gone." Yugyeom quickly added, his grip on the gun slacking as he tried to retain his nerve.

"Unless she climbed out of a window, I find that very hard to believe. My men have been watching the door since she came home."

"She has nothing to do with this." He pointed the gun at Jungkook, six guns aimed at him in turn. "You leave her out of this."
