"Alice." I said taking a step back and releasing a breath I didn't even know I was holding in.

"Lydia." She said going to hug me but I took another step back which resulted in me bumping into Jacob slightly.

"What are you doing here Alice?" I asked and she looked slightly hurt.

"I saw Bella jump off a cliff, I came to see-" Alice went to say but I cut her off.

"To see if she's alive? What I thought it was safer if you guys weren't here." I said sarcastically and she sighed.

"Lydia-" Alice went to say but I stopped her again.

"Can you give us a minute." I said to Bella and Jacob but more meant it to Jacob. Bella without even questioning went to leave but Jacob held his ground.

"Jacob." I said strictly which caused Alice to raise a suspicious brow. Bella grabbed Jacob's arm and pulled him into the kitchen.

"What was that about? Dogs acting like your his owner." Alice said and I oddly grew defensive.

"Don't talk about him like that. Does Edward know.." I went and trailed off speaking of her untrue vision.

"No but Rosalie does. I told her not to tell him..but." Alice said and I sighed knowing where she was going with it.

"You're right, now I'm going to go get Bella and you're going to get us on the next plane to wherever the hell Ed is because we are bringing him home. End of discussion." I said my attitude shocking Alice enough to falter to my demands.

I went into the hall and as I went to push the door I stopped hearing Bella and Jacob talking.

"I keep breaking my promise." Jacob said in a hush tone as I listened in.

"We don't have to do this to each other." Bella replied back to him.

"Yes, we do." Jacob said and she looked away.

"Bella..." He said breathlessly.

"Kwop kilawtley" Jacob said in a hush tone causing me to freeze.

I knew what it meant, and I know it shouldn't of bothered me that he said it to her but it did. I didn't move until Alice pushed past me and went into the kitchen.

"Bella, it's Edward." Alice said causing me to walk back into the kitchen.

"He thinks she's dead." Alice said and my eyes widened.

"Rosalie must of told him, why you came here." I said and Bella just turned to Jacob and started yelling.

"Why would you...?" Bella began to freak out.

"Why didn't you let me speak to him?" She yelled at Jacob.

"He didn't ask for you." Jacob said and I scoffed.

"You don't realize what you just did Jacob! He's gonna-" I said not even being able to finish because of the tears welling up in my eyes. I asked him when we were first becoming friends what he'd do if he lost the most important thing in his world in attempt to have him relate to how I felt when I lost my brother.
