The next day, everyone at school kept asking Harold about the poem. The one he read from Helga's book. At first, he didn't say much, claiming it was too hard to put into words. After a while, he gave up to everyone's insistence and tried explaining but failed.

"Look, just ask her to read the poem. I can never do it justice." Harold was fed up with the relentless questions.

Everyone had been bugging Harold all day and his response to them was to ask Helga. No matter how curious they were, asking Helga was temping but also asking for a quick death. So, a plan was hatched. Sid and Stinky drew the short straws while everyone else wished them luck. Hoping that the two of them could tell everyone else what the poem said better than Harold.

When the bell rang signally the end of the school day, Sid and Stinky followed Helga to her locker. Arnold had also followed Helga, only to talk to her about what had happened last night. Too bad he wasn't able to. He became witness to one the strangest events he has seen in a long time.

"GET HER!" Sid yelled, pointing to Helga.

Helga was minding her own business when she heard some commotion. At first, she thought nothing of it until the sound of someone running got louder. Before she knew it, she was hoisted off her feet and carried away from her open locker. Stinky had thrown her over his shoulder and rushed out the front doors. A screaming Helga in tow.

"Dude. Did I just see Helga get carried away?" Gerald asked as he walked up next to his best friend.

Arnold just stared. He never thought that Stinky and Sid would whisk Helga away like mad men. With this opportunity, he has a reason to approach her while out in public without causing suspicion. Arnold went over to Helga's locker, gathered her stuff into the bag that was left carelessly on the floor, and closed it. He followed his two friends out the way they ran, hoping they didn't take her too far.

"I guess now I've seen everything." Arnold stated to no one.

"PUT ME DOWN!" Helga screamed at the two who had kidnapped her.

When they got across the street, Stinky finally put Helga back on her feet. He looked to Sid, who was looking back at him. Neither one wanted to ask out of fear of retribution, but they didn't think they would get this far. However, Stinky had something to say first that he needed to get off his chest.

"Helga." Stinky started. "I didn't think you would be so light. Like a girl."

Helga became furious. "I AM A GIRL!!"

"Well, we forget sometimes because you always wear baggy clothes, and you never act feminine." Sid reminded Helga.

Helga was done with this conversation and the two of them. She started to walk away in hopes of having a better afternoon. In an instant, Stinky picked her back up and placed her back in front of him. This caused Helga to vibrate with rage.

"STOP DOING THAT!" Helga screamed. "I'm not a doll. I don't like to be man handled!"

"Well, we needed to talk to you." Stinky explained as if it was obvious.

"You mean besides insulting me with my gender?" Helga crossed her arms over her chest.

Arnold got outside just in time to see Helga's attempt to leave then Stinky lifting her and placing her back in front of him. The way that Stinky grabbed her so effortlessly, bothered Arnold. It was a feeling of uncomfortableness that he didn't quite understand. After thinking about it for a moment, he brushed off the feeling as nothing important and headed across the street.

"Well, we wanted to read that poem you let Harold read last night." Sid finally blurted out.

Helga glared at the two boys. Every single poem of hers hold a special place within and are an extremely private matter. Harold was only allowed to read one because of the way he questioned her ability to judge. Daring her to be better than him. Which she was, no question.
