CHAPTER 18: Now I Can See

I'm not going to tell her I told her so because I know that won't do anything but I did try and warn her. Then again on the other hand I also understand that Cedric is possessed by Atlantes and more than anything right now, I'm worried that she's next. In fact, I KNOW she's next and right as I was starting to get to agree with her plan, I can't go along with it. Especially since he already has control over Cedric, there's no way I am leaving them two alone. Therefore, we need to come up with a different plan. 

I'm sitting in the bedroom right now trying to come up with a different plan and have been trying to for the past couple of hours while Tori has been downstairs with Reece and Cedric. She says that she can try and get rid of the possession but she hasn't worked with demonic things as much. Again, it's not like a normal possession where you need a priest, when you possess a non-human, it's more difficult. 

I'm trying hard not to think about what's going on downstairs. I just hope that everything turns out okay and that Tori doesn't get hurt. 

The guy that owns this house we're staying in that's my uncle's friend, he hasn't been here since we got here. In fact, he left later that night and we haven't seen him since. 

I'm pacing back and forth just waiting for Tori to come up here and finally, I see the door open up and Tori walks inside and closes the door behind her. 

"How did it go?" I asked. 

"Better than expected." She smiles. 

"Good." I sigh in relief while hugging her. 

"I'm so sorry that I believed him." She apologizes. 

"It's okay. You are so amazing and brave for doing that." I compliment her. 

"Thank you baby." She smiles while throwing her arms around me while giving me a kiss. 

Then I start to feel her arms tighten around me and her fingers began digging into my skin. As I try to pull apart from her and stop her, her grip tightens even more and I feel her dig so deep into the back of my neck that blood has been drawn. So I forcefully push her off of me and I see her start to laugh menacing and when I look at her eyes, I notice them now all black. 

"Baby?" I ask scared and hesitant. 

"You fucking idiot! You can't save her. She is mine!" I hear her tell me in a deep demonic tone of voice that clearly wasn't of hers. 

"Tori..." I try and walk up to her but she immediately flicks her wrist and I am thrown back against the wall, falling down onto the floor after hitting the wall hard. 

While trying to get up, I somehow find myself in a lot of pain and struggling to get up. Then I feel myself getting pulled up by my neck, being choked as I started being lifted into the air, but yet no one was touching me. As I looked at Tori still, her eyes were still all black and she just grinned at me. 

"You werewolves are pathetic little animals that are better off being my servant. You are so weak. You can't take care of her. She is mine and you will not come near her." she-IT tells me. 

I continue struggling to breathe and it seemed like she was about to continue telling me something but I saw her being pulled back by Reece while the force choking me while lifting me in the air, dropped me hard onto the floor having me choke and gasping for air. 

I see several more of my guys come running inside the room trying to help Reece and then I see her close her eyes and the next thing I saw scared the shit out of me. She somehow created a force to push everyone back and hit the walls in the room just as hard as I did. She then begins making her way towards me and while trying to stand up, I am thankfully saved from Cedric?

I look behind over her shoulder at Cedric who is standing in the doorway, staring at her, chanting something. Whatever it was he was saying, helped snap Tori out of whatever dark trance or possession that was taking place at the time as her eyes rolled to the back of her head, returning to her normal eyes and she collapses onto the floor, blacking out it seems. 

I am finally able to get up and I quickly drop to her side and try to wake her up. 

"Baby? Baby, wake up!" I try and shake her a little bit but she doesn't open her eyes. 

"It has already started." I hear Cedric say as he looks down at Tori with a look of worry and by looking at him, I can tell he's no longer possessed. 

"Please, help her." I start to ask him.

"I'll do my best but, we need to first get her out of here and lay her onto the bed. I'll be right back, I need to grab some things." He says and begins to leave. However, Reece quickly gets up and makes his way to try and stop Cedric but I tell him to let him go, I realize now just how powerful Atlantes is. But I won't let him take her from me.
