Luke:
“What didn’t kill me,
It never made me stronger at all.”
Luke would’ve always thought that once he’d reach full “adulthood”, he’d be able to do whatever he wanted. The drunken benders, late night rampages and everything else he thought was “cool” would still be happening, much to everyone’s surprise. It’d be like Luke would be so certain he’d want to make himself a wreck, but he’d always say he’d just experimenting and growing up, even if he’d be ruining himself.
Calum:
“Take words out of my mouth just from breathing
Replace with phrases like when you’re leaving me.”
It’d be surreal to Calum that he’d actually find someone who’d want to spend every moment possible with him and would understand his busy schedule. You’d take everything on board, making sure he’d always be safe when away from you and he’d know just how much you’d love him. He’d not be able to believe how lucky he’d be with you; to be honest, he’d be waiting for you to leave him.
Michael:
“And I got no plans for the weekend
So should we speak then
Keep it between friends”
Coming home to you would suck especially since you and Michael had decided just to stay friends instead of taking things to the next level. Michael would have no idea what it means any more: he’d have no idea if it would be appropriate to have nights over at each others’ houses any more of if you could even spend time alone. It’d be so confusing, but he’d understand why you’d just want to stay as you are.
Ashton:
“On cold days cold plays out like the band’s name
I know I can’t heal things with a hand shake”
Though you’d not actually be in an official relationship, you’d treat it like one. That’d be until you’d realise Ashton would still be sleeping around so you’d kick yourself thinking you’d actually be able to tie down with him. He’d instantly know he’d fucked up and he’d try to fix it however he could, though he’d never admit to any feelings in the process. It’d be like watching a really bad movie when you’d have no idea what’s going on.
