Chapter 15

Two weeks have passed and Kujo's friends will be leaving for their own country the next day so Kujo texted Jaylen, inviting him to go out with all of them and to wish them a safe flight. Soon, Kujo's phone vibrated and he looked at the reply. *Busy?* Kujo thought in his head, confused. "Kujo, what did Jaylen say?" Niko asked, curious. "He said he's busy." Kujo said, making his friends curious as well since Jaylen is the type that doesn't really go out much.

"Shall we grab something to eat first?" Aiken asked and they agreed. "Kujo?" A male's voice could be heard from the back as they are walking around the mall. They turned around and Kujo's eyes widened. "You are Jay's friend." Kujo said and Kyle nodded. "I'm Kyle and i heard about it from Jay." Kyle chuckled. "What a coincidence." He added and Kujo nodded with a chuckle. "Oh. I asked Jay out but he said he's busy." Kujo said and Kyle nodded. "There's a cosplay fest happening today and he goes there every year without fail." Kyle said and they nodded.

"Does he cosplay?" Sara asked and Kyle shook his head. "He likes to see the performance." Kyle answered and they nodded. "Where is it held at?" Kujo asked and after Kyle told him the venue, Kujo thanked him and Kyle went off with his friends. "He looks cute." Kyo said and Kijin rolled his eyes. "All boys looks cute to you." Kijin said and Kyo hit his arm playfully.

When they arrived at the venue, they are amazed at the large amount of cosplayers and they have already spotted alot of amazing cosplayers, potential to be popular, giving them a few more years. "Where is he?" Sara asked. "More importantly.. Shouldn't we worry about being seen?" Kyo asked, worried and Aiken nodded. "It will be bad if we are seen." Kijin said. "Shall we buy some masks? To hide our faces?" Niko suggested and since they are in their casual outfit and put on lesser make-up than their usual cosplay make-up, thankfully no one noticed them.

After buying face masks of different characters, they put it on and started looking for Jaylen amongst the crowd in front of the stage as the cosplay performance is about to begin. After walking around and squeezing through the crowd, Kijin finally spotted Jaylen at the front row and texted Kujo but Kujo simply told Kijin to spy on him since it is impossible to get to Jaylen at this situation. Soon, the performance started and for some reason, Jaylen's face scrunched up in either frustration, embarrassment, annoyance or disappointment at different performers. Even though he is wearing his usual black mask, his expression is as clear as day.
