His Glimmer Of Hope

Chapter 5

Jaylen made his way back to his booth and Kyle smile when he saw him. "Saw your favourite cosplayer? Is he really that hot?" Kyle asked and Jaylen nodded. "He is super nice and truly a gentleman. He is also very caring towards his fans." Jaylen started fanboying and Kyle chuckled. "Glad you enjoyed yourself." Kyle said and Jaylen thanked him.

The event finally ended and for the following day, Jaylen did the same thing. Getting his booth ready with his fellow artists, although he never talked to them even if the other artists tried to make friends with him. Jaylen will then go to the stage to watch Kujo talk and then queuing up for his autograph. All the other fans started noticing Jaylen since he always have his mask on his face and he is always wearing hoodie sweater, even though the weather is hot outside.

It is the third day, the event's last day and it is finally Jaylen's turn to get Kujo's autograph. He is wearing his black hoodie sweater, dark blue pants, wrist bands and of course, his usual plain black mask over his face. "Oh? You came again. Thanks for coming everyday for the past three days." Kujo said with his usual charming smile but again, Jaylen just kept looking down but he could feel his blush creeping up on his cheek.

Kujo tried his best not to let out a chuckle when he saw a slight blush on the male. "Hope to see you next year again." Kujo said and for the first time in the past three days, he reached out his hand, asking for a handshake since this fan of his doesn't request anything from him like his other usual fans. The fans surrounding them squealed and felt jealous but Jaylen was confused and surprised at his favourite cosplayer's action and for the first time in the past three days, he finally looked up, their eyes locked onto each other, his blush became brighter.

Jaylen bit his lips behind the mask and slowly reached out with his shaky hands. Kujo smiled and grabbed the male's hands, shocking Jaylen at how big and warm Kujo's hand felt. "You finally looked at me." He spoke. "You have nice eyes. A very unique colour eyes." He added and although he wanted to say how cute the male was with his blushing face and trembling hands just because of a handshake, he stopped himself. Kujo then released the male from the handshake and Jaylen hurriedly took his poster and left the area, his hand could not stop trembling and his blush is not going away.
