"MIKE DO YOU HAVE THE DRUMS SET UP?!" Jaime yelled down the basement stairs. I rolled my eyes at them as I passed carrying multiple bottles of vodka and rum in my arms. Thank God they were the cheap plastic bottles because I already dropped them twice.

"Guys I told you I'm not singing tonight," I called from the kitchen. I didn't really feel like playing. I mean it's cool if they do and I know they want to show off but I would rather spend the party with Kellin seeing as we're throwing it for him. I haven't heard from him since I dropped him off yesterday so I felt pretty uneasy. I tried texting him once this morning but no answer. He was due over any minute though.

"But Vic!" Jaime whined, coming over to help me with the drinks. We were making two huge bowls of spiked punch. Basically ice, pineapple juice, fruit punch, and coconut rum. Nothing fancy because none of us really had a lot of money.

"Can't you just sing one song? That Props and Mayhem one is coming out great!" I shot Jaime a glare and shook my head.

"Not today man. It's not ready and I have other stuff to worry about. Besides Alex said he would sing a few songs with you guys." Jaime sighed but nodded, dumping a whole bottle of rum into one of the bowls. Hope they like it strong.

"Hey where's Kellin?" Tony asked, walking into the room.

"Not here yet," I mumbled, looking over at the shot glasses and vodka.

"Want me to get him?" he asked gently, sounding concerned. I must look uneasy.

"No he should be here soo-"

"HELLO!" Someone yelled from down the hall, the door slamming behind them. I ran out of the kitchen and looked to the door seeing Alex and Jack stumble in.

"What are you guys doing?" I questioned, watching them stagger.

"Carrying a keg man!" I looked down, not even noticing the big silver barrel.

"Now it's a party!" Mike said, bouncing up the basement stairs. The guys set the keg down in the middle of the living room where we pushed all the furniture back to make more space for the party.

"Yeah it's cheap beer but whatever, it gets you drunk," Alex chuckled. I nodded at him, my thoughts still on Kellin.

"Alex? Have you heard from Kellin lately?" Alex thought for a minute before shaking his head.

"No, I mean I haven't checked my phone in a while but as far as I know he hasn't tried talking to me." I nodded, my concern mounting.

"I'm going to pick him up," I rushed, grabbing my keys and speed walking out the door. He could still be sleeping I mean it's only 7... at night. Or he could be busy or lost his phone. I kept reasoning with myself the whole way to his house, trying to make myself feel okay. When I got there I walked up the stairs slowly, a little afraid of who would answer. I've obviously never met his parents and everything I've heard about them wasn't really good. I knocked anyway, taking a step back.

A moment later a short lady with brownish black hair opened the door giving me a smile. "Hello ma'am, I'm looking for Kellin," I stated clearly, giving her a small smile.

"Oh! I'll go get him. Who should I tell him is asking?"

"Oh, Vic," I said. She gave me another smile before heading back in. Okay she seems nice. He never said he had a problem with his mom though just his dad.

A minute or two later she came back, concern etched on her face. "He's not here dear. I didn't seem him leave the house and I would have noticed because I was in the kitchen all day. He must have snuck out his window." She looked worried so I nodded trying to appear calm. So he snuck out. Where would he go though?
