"God, she's still fucking gorgeous," I sighed, half dressed on my bed.

I was sidetracked from getting ready for the night, so there I was, on my phone, on Mia's instagram account.

big al
we'll be down in 10 mins, george is finishing up his makeup xoxo

10 minutes. Fuck.

10 minutes later I was, surprisingly enough, ready to go out clubbing. We were meeting Will and Mia downstairs at half 7, and it was currently 20 past.

I couldn't help but feel inadequate whilst looking in the mirror. I didn't have Mia's slender frame, her perfect lips, nose, or any other perfect gesture.

I felt insecure.
Huh.

Not long after, I was brought out of my thoughts by my door entering and Alex yelling.

"WE'RE HERE!"

I chuckled and double checked that I looked decent in the bathroom mirror.

"GONNA POUR US A SHOT EACH," George yelled also, and I walked to the kitchen.

"Looking good, Cas," Alex smiled, and George finished pouring the shots.

"You too, and you, George," he handed me the shot and George grinned in response.

"Watch me get some tonight, lads. Top shagger George is on it," he did the shot, pulling a face after. Alex and I clinked our shot glasses and did them, also pulling faces.

"Sure, George. If you pull, I'll snog Alex," Alex and I laughed, and George fake glared.

"Fuck off," he nudged me in the ribs playfully.

"Ready to go downstairs?" I grabbed my clutch. I pulled slightly on my dress as it was just covering my ass, and felt slightly uncomfortable in certain places.

The boys nodded, and we all left the flat and got into the lift.

As the doors opened on the bottom floor, we saw Will and Mia stood together by the entrance of the lobby, talking and facing away from the lift. We slowly walked towards them, and Will eventually saw us and smiled.

"You areet, you lot?"

"Yeah, didn't realise you and Mia were back together though," George said bluntly, and Will looked slightly offended. Not that he had anything to be offended about.

He chuckled nervously and scratched the back of his head.
"Sorry mate, it just happened so fast,"

I saw Mia and decided to be the better person.

I walked past the boys, who were having a passive-aggressive discussion, and stood in front of Mia.

"I love your dress, where's it from?" I smiled at her, and she smiled in response.

"It's from ASOS, I love your dress too!"

She seemed sweet enough, which relaxed me. I was glad Will was with someone so lovely.

That begged the question though.
Why would Alex and George warn me against her?

We eventually set off for the club, all getting into an Uber. The club we were going to was the one where I met will again. Where I went with Alex and Stephen after mine and Will's date was ruined by his staring at Mia, who also seems to have dropped out of Uni now.

Ironic.

Anyway, once we arrived, Will and Alex headed to the bar, with Alex offering to buy me a drink. This left Mia, George and I alone in a booth.

"So, how did you and Will get back together?" I smiled at her again, trying to be polite. Part of me just didn't like her, but that felt so irrational.

"We just started talking again, and we really hit it off. We're older now, we've learnt from our mistakes, you know?"

"Yeah," I went quiet for a moment, before clearing my throat. "I'm gonna go look for the others and grab my drink,"

I stopped and looked at George, mouthing 'be nice, please' to which he nodded.

Getting up, I surveyed the club and could vaguely see Alex's red hair, and went to it like a ship to a lighthouse.

"Hey big Al, hey Will," I grinned, and the bartender put the drinks on the bar at that moment. "Pink gin, you know me well," I sipped my drink and Alex nodded, drinking his super manly pink gin also. At least, that's how he always described it.

"Wanna dance, Cas?" Will beamed after taking a swig of his drink, and I nodded.

"Mind taking this back for me, Al?" he nodded, grabbing my drink and nodding.

"Be safe, Cas," he smiled, and my heart warmed. Nodding, I was dragged away by Will.

We tore up the dance floor, or, as anybody else would say, we danced like pensioners before the alcohol went to our heads and we got closer.

"I've missed you, Cas. Just generally," he whispered. "It's like a piece of me left. I'm glad we're back together now,"

"I'm glad too, Will. Although you're looking a bit more square than you did when I met you," I giggled, and he playfully smacked me.

"You know that's what my fans call me? Square headed? Absolutely absurd if you ask me,"

I couldn't help but laugh.

"That's what I first thought about you when I saw you again, here, when you were wasted. I thought to myself that you looked pretty square headed, that's even how I identified you when you sat next to me,"

"You're evil, I'm pretty much being bullied by you at this point,"

"Yeah, yeah. Let's just dance."

Hours passed, and Will and I were still laughing, talking and dancing. Of course, we had returned for our drinks, but couldn't see where Mia and George were. They had left the booth, so we assumed they were dancing or something. Whatever. We didn't really care.

All we knew was that we were drunk.

I also knew that I was completely in love with Will.

Still.
