Alex and Sam have been together for several years and lately they have been fighting like cats and dogs which is unusual for them. Alex is a multi billionaire scientist/ doctor with big time recognition, that everyone knows who she is. Sam in the Vice President of Luthor corp just under Lena Luthor herself. Alex drives a black Bentley as of her birthday a few weeks ago. Alex takes her chance and dumps Sam on her ass out the door and goes to screw around with a good friend of hers Maggie Sawyer whom Alex has a unammited crush on her. Alex had a suspicion that Sam has been lying to her for months and having an affair behind her back with Lena. Her suspicion came true recently when she caught the pair in bed together one night when she came homelike from the office to Sam's place like they always do. After that she packed ups all her stuff and left sam in the rear and moved out back to her place. A few days later she finally went after the one person that she has been dying to get her hands on for the last 3 years Maggie Sawyer, highly decorated police officer and newly named Chief of Police, also her best friend of 7 years.

Maggie found out about Alex and Sam through their friends and she couldn't help but smile to herself at the news because she has the biggest crush on Alex. This fiasco finds the pair 2 months later in the middle of one of their many sex sessions that have happened almost daily or more than once a day for the last 2 months. Alex has Maggie pinned to the wall with her knee between her thighs and a hand on her throat. Maggie grinds down into Alex and Alex kisses her way down Maggies neck. Maggies groans into Alex's mouth as Alex slightly increases the pressure on her neck and then leads Maggie by her neck over to her bed and pushes her down onto it and climbs on top of her. This game of their continues on for a few more weeks. One session in particular makes Alex smile a devilish smile and it would be the one that Sam finally found out about them. Alex and Maggie went out for drinks at their favorite bar which the whole gang hangs out at too, Alex and Maggie had been screwing around for almost a month at this point. Alex and Maggie are playing pool like they usually do but Alex has Maggie pinned to the pool table and her tongue down her throat, that is how Sam and Lena find the pair when they walk into the bar. Sam freezes in her place at the sight and doesn't know that their a tears running down her face, Alex spots her at the door and smiles into the kiss and puts her hands on the table next to Maggie's hips and leans her further across the table. Half an hour later the pair bid abue to their friends and Alex walks out with her arm around Maggie and helps her into her Bentley.

After almost 4 months Alex finally can't play this game anymore she needs to tell Maggie about home she feels, so while she's at work she texts her to see if she can come over tonight. They plan to meet at Alex's place around 8. Maggie shows up 5 minuets to 8 and has pizza and beer in her hands, Alex let's her in and she sets the pizza down on the counter that she took from Maggie. Alex opens 2 beers and they both grab a slice and go and sit on the couch with the TV on as background noise. Maggie finally cracks after a while and is the first one to speak....

Ma: What's going on Alex? Your really quiet

Al: (sighs) I cant't do this anymore Mags

Ma: What?!?! What do you mean Alex???

Al: I can't do this (points to them) anymore and pretend that I haven't had feelings for you for the last 3 years, it's killing me inside to pretend with you when all I want is to be 100% real with you. I don't want to hide

Ma: (smiles)

Al: Why are you smiling???

Ma: Because I've had feelings for you for the last 5 1/2 years

Al: So what your saying is.... is that you like me????

Ma: Yeah I guess it is

Al: Yeah???

Ma: Yeah, just don't go crazy on me

Al: I make no promises but I'll try my hardest

Ma: That's all I ask

Al: Will you be my girlfriend??/

Ma: (smiles) I think we passed that stage and its pretty obvious what my answer is but yes I'll be your girlfriend

Al: Good

Ma: I....... I love you Alex

Al: (smiles) I love you too Maggie

Alex leans in and kisses Maggie hard on her lips and they both put their beers on the coffee table then Alex grabs Maggie by the collar of her leather jacket and drags her over to her bed where they spend the rest of the night and early morning making love to each other and finally fall asleep around 4:30 in the morning with Maggie wrapped around Alex's back like a koala. The pair wake up around 1 in the afternoon and get up and shower then Alex gives Maggie some spare clothes so they can go out on a date. They are both dressed in black jeans, boots, black or grey v-necks, their leather jackets and Maggie has her badge and gun on her. They hop into Alex's Bentley and head out to a restaurant and have lunch, they get spotted by the media and the whole thing is up on the Internet in minuets, they got a good picture of the two smiling big smiles at each other lost in the others eyes holding hands. Alex smiles when she finds the picture later and saves it to her phone. Sam gets a media alert on her phone while she is out with Lena and looks at it to see Alex and Maggie together being intimate and it stabs her in the gut, she knows Alex found someone better than her and she hates herself for it because she is the soul cause of what happened. She made Alex unhappy, she made Alex leave, she cheated on her, she made Alex do the one thing she knew she could never do and that was break her heart. Yes Alex broke her heart because she cheated but Alex is happy now and that's all that Sam could hope for.
