Alex and Maggie have been married for 2 1/2 years when they finally got pregnant with their first child. Alex was born with male genitalia instead of girls and Maggie has never not loved her for the one thing that makes her different then the rest of the girls, she loves Alex for who she is and that's all that matters. Maggie gave birth to their little girl just after their 3 year wedding anniversary. She looks like the exact combination of Alex and Maggie with Alex's brown eyes and Maggie's brown hair, all rolled up in a 6lb 8oz little bundle of joy. Her name is Easton Finn Sawyer-Danvers and she is the light in Alex's life. Maggie loves to watch her wife with their daughter there is something that she can't quite put her finger on about the connection between them but it's such a beautiful thing to be witness to. The only way that they have seemed to find that helps get Easton go back to sleep is Alex singing guns and roses songs to her and it seems like the favorite lately is Sweet Child Of Mine. Maggie comes home from work one day to hear Alex singing the song and can tell already that it's been a rough day.

Maggie walks further into their house after taking her boots off and hanging her jacket up while putting her gun in the safe with Alex's in the closet, when she walks into the living room her heart melts at the sight in front of her. Alex is laying on the couch with Easton out cold on her Chest has an arm wrapped around her back and Alex has her eyes closed, Maggie knows she's not sleeping. Maggie walks quietly over to wife and gently puts a hand on her shoulder and Alex's opens her eyes at the contact and looks to her left to see her wife who is smiling at the pair. Alex smiles back and says

Al: hey babe

Ma: hey love, how was your day?

Al: Rough, Easton was in one of her moods all day and this is the first time all day that I actually got her to settle down. She didn't nap either every time I would go to put her down she would start wailing

Ma: I'm sorry (kisses Alex's forehead) Do you want me to take her for a while so you can have some time to yourself?

Al: as long as we can do this without waking her im all for it. Think I might go out for a ride

Ma: Without me how dare you Danvers??

Al: You Mrs. Danvers are on baby duty hence your lovely wife has been on baby duty all day

Ma: Fine hand me my child, I missed my princess

Al: HEY

Ma: I missed you too Al but your my queen not my princess

Al: I love you

Ma: I love you too babe

Alex and Maggie carefully trade positions with Easton and Alex grabs her helmet and keys. She kisses Maggie and head out the door on a drive. Maggie knows that Alex won't be back for an hour and a half to two hours because she stops at her spot and just be's Alex for a while then gets back on her bike and comes home. Alex rides out to the middle of nowhere past the desert base of the D.E.O and to this stream that her and Maggie found a few years ago while out on a adventure together. She fell in love with the place instantly and keeps coming back as much as she can. Alex sits on the edge of the 15 foot cliff that is above the stream and looks out into the water and just doesn't think, she takes in her surroundings and just relaxes. She loves her little girl to pieces but sometimes its a little too much to handle on her own and she is very appreciative of Maggie and how she can read her so well. Alex just sits there and stares out in to space for a while then when she feels better she hops back on her bike and heads back to the house. Alex pulls her bike into the garage when she gets back and parks it next to Maggie's then hangs her helmet on the rack next to the door leading to the house. When she walks into the house she's met with silence. Alex walks into the kitchen to see Maggie quietly cooking dinner and Easton is not with her, she walks up to Maggie and wraps her arms around her waist and rest her chin on Maggie's shoulder.

Al: thank you for taking her (kisses side of Maggie's head) I didn't know how much I needed that

Ma: I can always tell

Al: How????

Ma: Because I know you Danvers

Al: Was she ok while I was gone???

Ma: She put up a little fit after you pulled out of the garage but I got her back to sleep and she is sleeping in her crib currently and has been for like and hour and a half, you've been gone almost 2 and a half

Al: good she's been fighting it all day she needs it

Ma: she sure does put up one hell of a fight

Al: She's a Danvers we all put up a fight

Ma: that is true

Al: I love you

Ma: I love you too babe, go relax dinner is still an hour away

Al: Ok, I'm going to go shower

Ma: Ok, I'll come get you when dinner is done

Al: Ok

Alex walks upstairs to their room and closes the door quietly behind her and strips on the way to the bathroom, She hops into the shower and just stands there for a while letting the water run down her tired body and tries to relax.
