I'm in the middle of doing sound check for my concert tonight in Hawaii when my manager walks over to me and stops the band.

Meghan: Hey Alex, can I talk to you alone for a second?

Al: (dismisses band) whats up?

Me: I um.. just got some bad news

Al: ok.....

Me: Maggie's been in an accident at work

Al: she WHAT?

Me: I don't know much, but I just got a call from her manager that something went wrong during a scene and she got hurt, she on her way to a hospital now and I have you on then next flight out of here, so grab whatever you need and lets fo your flight leaves in 45 minuets

I half comprehend what Meghan said to me as I run out of the venue to the bus and start packing my stuff, clothes, laptop, phone, chargers and anything else I need then meet Meghan outside where she drives me to the airport and I get my ticket and hurry through security and to my gate just in time to hear them call first class so I head into the line then go find my seat. Just as the plane is almost full someone sits next to me and I look to my left to see my little sister Kara's girlfriend Lena and smile at her, Lena looks over to me and smiles.

Le: Hey Alex, what are you doing on a plane? I thought you had a show tonight?

Al: I did but I'm going to have to cancel tonight and post pone the rest of my tour

Le: Why? What happened?

Al: Maggie got into an accident on set today, I just found out so I'm flying home to see her

Le: Oh shit, do you know what happened?

Al: No, All Maggie's manager told Meghan was that she was in an accident on set during a scene and that she was on the way to the hospital

Le: I'm sorry Alex

Al: Thanks, you finally coming home too? I know Kara has been dying to see you

Le: Yeah, I'll message her when we land and tell her to meet us at the hospital, I'm not letting you go alone

Al: Thanks Lee

Le: Anytime Alex, you and Maggie are like the older sisters I never had

Al: And your like the little sister we've never had too lee

It's just after midnight when they land in Vancouver and lena instantly texts Kara as the pair walk out of the plane and grab their bags then hop into Lena's black Mercedes that is at the airport and head to the hospital. They get there around 1:30 and meet Kara at then entrance and head up to find Maggie after a nurse told them where she is hence Alex is her Fiancé and emergency contact. They walk into the room to find Maggie's right leg in a cast and propped up, right arm casted and in a sling, left wrist in a splint, left knee in a brace, cuts and bruises all over and as Maggie shifts slightly she can see that she doesn't have a shirt on and her ribs are wrapped. As she takes it all in she unknowingly starts crying and doesn't know till her sister wipes some tears away then she goes and sits in the chair next to her bed and gently grabs the hand in the splint and kisses her forehead whispering "I'm here baby, it's ok. I'm here now" and Maggie unconsciously tightens her grip on Alex's hand somehow knowing its Alex's hand even when she's dead asleep. Kara and Lena curl up on the couch that is in the room and Alex lays on the side of Maggie's thigh still holding her hand and sitting in the chair next to her bed. Lena and Kara are the first to wake the next morning and walk out to go get some coffee for the three of them and change clothes leaving Alex and Maggie to sleep some more hence Alex most likely hasn't slept well on tour and the 6 hour plane ride home. Alex wakes up while they are gone and looks Maggie over again and starts crying again. Her beautiful fiancé broken and bruised, Alex looks to her left hand and doesn't see a ring and starts freaking out till she finds an bag of Maggie's things and sees the ring in a bag so she grabs it and puts it on the chain of the necklace that she is wearing knowing that Maggie can't have it on her. Maggie groans and it catches Alex's attention so she looks to Maggie to see her waking up and Maggie opens her eyes and finds Alex sitting next to her crying. Maggie smiles at the sight of her fiancé and Alex smiles back through tears.

Ma: Hey you

Al: Hey yourself Sawyer

Ma: When did you get here?

Al: 1am

Ma: Didn't you have a concert last night?

Al: I did but I left around 5 before the concert so I could get home to you, the rest of my tour is put on hold till you get better

Ma: Baby..... That's your job, don't put it on hold for me

Al: Your my fiancé Maggie I would put the whole world on hold for you, plus your in no condition to take care of yourself, how you feeling?

Ma: Like I got hit by a truck

Al: You look like it (smiles)

Ma: Gee babe thanks

Al: What exactly happened. Meghan got a call from Amy saying that you were in an accident on set and were going to the hospital that's all I got?

Ma: It was a rigging incident, my line snapped on a climbing scene and I took some scaffolding down with me and it landed on top of me I was't that high up but high enough.

Al: You really scared the crap out of me you know, I thought I was really really bad like coma worthy, but im glad its not.

Ma: Yeah well its shattered right tibia and broken right ankle, broken both bones in my right arm, dislocated right shoulder, sprained left wrist, broken and fractured ribs on both sides, and torn MCL and Meniscus in my left knee worthy

Al: What the hell babe

Ma: (sighs) I know, but I'll be ok. I've got you and that all I really need

Al: (smiles) I love you

Ma: I love you too

Alex leans up and kisses Maggie hard trying not to put any pressure on her and then the door opens revealing Lean and Kara both with a Coffee and Lena has one for Alex.

Al: Is that for me? (points to the coffee lena has in hand)

Le: Yes it is

Al: good god I love you

Le: (laughs) I know you do

Ma: When did they get here?

Al: same time as me. Lena was sitting next to me on my flight here and we called Kara when we got in

Ka: We were all worried about you Maggie

Ma: I'm sorry I scared you guys

Le: It's ok as long as you make it out of this were good

Ma: I'm fine, I feel better already

Al: I'm pretty sure that's the meds that they have you hopped up on babe. You have too many broken bones for you not to be hopped up on meds

Alex tells the two what happened and then excuses herself so she can go change and make a phone call the Meghan about the tour and her mom to left her know about Maggie. It ends up taking Maggie almost 6 months to get back to where she was then Alex resumes her tour, once she finishes her tour she gives herself 5 months off to finish up the last of the wedding details with Maggie instead of via video chat like she did while on tour. A year after Maggie's accident to the date is the day that they get Married and Maggie decides to drop Sawyer all together and become Danvers. Half a year before their wedding Lena asks Kara to Marry her and then wed 2 years after Alex and Maggie who then have a beautiful 2 year old baby girl named Morgan Kay Danvers who is the spitting image of Alex with Maggie's personality with them in attendance.
