I don't get the problem with these? Like, if someone wants to ship Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, why stop them? So long as they respect that both celebrities are in committed relationships as they are, and that they probably are never going to end up together, it doesn't matter if people write things about them? So long as if/when they meet, they don't insist that they are together, what's the harm of someone shipping them?
Same thing for me shipping Robert Downey Jr and Tom Holland. Do I ever want to see them together in actuality? No, because I fucking adore Rob and his wife, Susan. They are two of the most adorable people ever, and I just love them to death. But, is that going to stop me from writing fan fiction about Robert and Tom being together? Nope. I'll still write them, I'll still read them. Because in the end, it's literally fan fiction, and so long as I have no intentions of ever attempting to force them being together irl, it's good. I'm able to do whatever I want.
I mean, I can understand people being tired of people trying to force two celebrities together, and that's okay. That's fine. That's not cool to do that. But, if people are harmlessly shipping Robert and Tom together, who really cares? Let them do it. Don't be rude to them about it?
Also also also
This whole thing was for me to promote my new Rom Howney fan fiction that I've been working on and already have the first chapter done, and am now just waiting for a certain somebody to help me come up with a title for the book (you know who you are lmao) and then make a cover for the book and then I'll post it lmaooo.
Also, because we're getting close to Christmas, I've been working on my Shevine Christmas fic that was supposed to be posted last year but I didn't finish it so I had drafted it until this year. And now that we're getting closer to Christmas (no lie it's been snowing here since yesterday, nothing that sticks but it has been snowing soooo), I've been working on finishing it because I'll get it up this year. So yeah.
