Y/n's P.O.V.

I laid on my back as I looked over at Shawn, his back was facing me. I let a tears drop from my eyes as I wiped them away with my hand. I looked at my wedding ring as I remembered the argument me and Shawn just had a few hours ago when he came home late from work.

-flashback-

"Hey, how's work?" I asked as Shawn came home.

"Bad," He admitted as he sat at the dining table.

"Want to tell me why?" I asked.

"Can you just stop with the questions for a minute, Y/n? You're pissing me off," Shawn said as he rubbed his temple with his hand.

"Well, sorry. I just wanted to help," I muttered as I rolled my eyes.

"Well, you're not helping," Shawn said, annoyed. "So please just shut up."

"Okay, I get it. You had a bad day, but you don't need to talk to your wife and tell her to shut up," I said as I grew annoyed of his attitude.

He always goes home like this. Stressed and annoyed. It resulted to me and him always arguing.

"I just had a bad day at work, okay?!" He said. "You don't know what it feels like having a manager who always rushes you to make songs and tells you that you have many meetings to go to and rehearsals that will make you lose your voice!"

"Yes, I don't know how that feels," I nodded. "But do you know how it feels to work at a call center and answering calls where you get called 'b*tch', 'dumb***', f***-up? And get screamed at everyday for something that you didn't do, but since you're part of that agency, it's considered as your fault too!? Do you know how it feels like to get your eardrums destroyed because every caller always has a problem with the company and since you're the one who answers, you're the one who's gonna be the blame! But do I take it out on you everytime I come home? No! Do I tell you that I had a f*cking bad day? No! It's always you!"

"If only I knew that marriage with you would be like this..." Shawn said. "Then I shouldn't have had proposed."

-End of flashback-

I thought about everything as I came to ny conclusion that I should go.

I got up from bed as I hesitantly removed the wedding ring from my finger and placed it on the nightstand.

"Y/n?" I heard Shawn ask as I felt the bed move.

I ignored him as I stood up and got my suitcase. I opened it and went over to the closet, grabbing as many of my clothes as I can.

"W-what are you doing?" Shawn asked as panic took over him.

"I'm doing you a favor," I simply said as I continued to put my things inside my suitcase.

"N-no, honey, I didn't mean it," Shawn said as he walked over to me and hugged me from behind. "P-please don't leave."

"I just need time to think, Shawn," I said as I sniffled.

I felt my shoulder getting damp as I heard Shawn sobbing.

"P-please, w-we can f-figure this out... p-please d-don't l-leave."

I finished packing as I gently shrugged Shawn away.

I held my suitcase, avoiding my gaze on Shawn. I was about to leave the room as I heard Shawn ask something.

"Do you still love me?" I heard him ask as I turned to look at him, having a break down on the floor.

I sighed as I dropped my suitcase and walked over to him.

"I do," I wiped my own tears away. "But the question is.. Do you?"

"O-of course, I d-do!" He said as he looked up at me with bloodshot eyes and puffy cheeks.

"Didn't look like you do earlier," I said as he stood up and held me in his arms.

"I-I didn't mean it," He cried. "I s-swear I-I didn't m-mean i-it."

"Shh, calm down," I soothed him. "Breathe, honey."

He took a deep breath as he continued to hold me.

We stayed like that before I pulled away but he pulled me right back into his embrace.

"N-no! D-don't leave!" He started to cry again.

"I'm not going anywhere, love," I said as I looked at him and gave him a weak smile. "I'm just gonna unpack."

"I-I can d-do that f-for y-you tomorrow," He said. "P-please stay w-with me?"

"Of course, love," I smiled as we went to bed with my head on his chest, him holding me tightly as if he was afraid that I'll be gone in the morning.

"Goodnight, love," I kissed his cheek. "I'll be here."

"Are you sure?" He asked, afraid.

"Yes, love," I said. "Now go to sleep."

"Okay, goodnight," He said as he kissed the top of my head. "I love you."

I smiled at those three words that we haven't been saying to each other for the past few days.

"I love you too."
