I closed my locker and Calum was standing there.
"Ready?" he asked.
"Yeah I guess. Let me say bye to Luke first." I said and we walked outside where Luke was waiting for Ashton to pick him up.
"Alright I will see you tonight. " I said and hugged Luke.
"Bye babe." He said and pecked my lips.
"Bye" I said and Calum and I walked to his house.
The walk was silent and his house was only like 5 minutes away so it didn't take that long.
When we got to his house we went to his room and I sat on his bed.
"So. What are your ideas for the simple things in life?" I asked.
"I think we should do our project on friends." He said.
"I like it." I said. He nodded.
"So you and Luke have been dating for a year." He stated.
"Yup. A year today." I said.
"I'm really happy for you." He said.
"Calum just give me a hug already." I said. And he hugged me.
"We used to be best friends. I miss being best friends with you." I said.
"Me too. " He said.
After an hour we had gotten most of our project laid out.
"I need to get home. Thanks for having me over." I said.
"No problem" he said. And I walked out and to my house.
When I got home I went in the house. And my dad was in the kitchen.
"Hey mags." He said.
"Hi dad." I said.
"I don't want you going out the rest of tonight ok? You need to sleep and get rested up for school and your game tomorrow." He said.
"Oh. Umm ok." I said.
"I have to work in my office the rest of the night so good night babes." He said and kissed my forehead.
"Night." I said and went to my room.
I was on my laptop when something tapped my window. I went over and saw Luke below my window in my backyard.
I opened my window and whisper yelled down to him.
"Hold on." I said and I grabbed my phone and climbed out my window and down my roof and down a flower thing next to my house and I hopped down next to Luke.
"I can't believe we have to sneak out." Luke said.
"Come on." I said. "Let's hurry before my dad realizes I'm gone." I said
"Maggie?" I heard his voice and turned towards the opposite way we were walking.
"Calum?!? What are you doing here?" I asked.
"I came to bring you your notebook and I heard you and Luke talking back here so I thought I see what was going on." He said.
I took my notebook out of his hands.
"Thanks." I said.
"Wait are you sneaking out?" He asked.
"Uh yeah.." I said.
"I thought you were a good girl." He said.
I smirked.
"Good girls are bad girls that haven't been caught." I said.
He smirked.
"Alright. I'll see you later then." He said and I waved and he left.
Luke and I ended up going to a diner and then he walked me home. We kissed goodnight and I climbed back up to my room.
I waved out my window to Luke and he started walking home.
This was the start of a very very very confusing senior year.
