"Hey do you want to hang out tonight?" I asked Luke. We were sitting and eating lunch with Michael and Calum joined us so we could talk about our project.
"Sorry I can't. I'm going over to Jakes house." He said.
"Wait I thought you hated Jake because he is one of the football jocks." I stated confused.
"Those guys turned out to be really cool." He said.
"Those guys catcall girls and go for the sluttiest cheer leaders they can find. They're jerks Luke. " I said.
"They're my friends." He said.
"Yeah well they're not very good friends." I said and got my stuff together, got up, and walked away.
"Maggie wait." Calum called and caught up to me.
"Are you ok?" He asked once he caught up to me.
"Yeah. I guess. He's been acting like a jerk ever since he's been hanging out with the football guys. " I said.
"He got mad when you walked away." He said and I shrugged.
"Hey what are you doing after school?" he asked.
"Nothing I guess. Why?" I asked.
"I want to show you something I've been working on. Come over to my house after school. " He said.
"Ok." I said and smiled. "Hey Calum, I'm glad you don't play football with our school. The guys here are dicks." I said.
"Yeah. You should come to some of my games sometime." he said and I nodded.
"Defiantly. I'd like that." I said.
The bell rang and we went back to class.

We walked to Calums house and went up to his room.
I sat on his floor and he got a guitar and brought it over and sat on the floor across from me.
He started strumming.
'Hello there. The angle from my nightmare.
The shadow in the background of he morgue.'
He sang. He had a beautiful voice. I was amazed.
When he finished I clapped. And he smiled.
"That was amazing!" I said.
"Thanks." He said. "I'm hungry."
"Me too. " I said.
"You want to go out to eat?" He asked.
"Sure. " I said.

After Calum and I were done eating he took me home and I was on my laptop scrolling through tumblr until I fell asleep.
