Chapter 27 ~ Let Go

*Lauren's POV*

"No duh we forgive you, we were never mad at anyone. We understand that friendship sometimes has it's ups and downs and we tried to support you two." Ally smiled as Niall nodded with each word she said.

"Yes!" Dinah stood up and wrapped an arm around Camzi's neck and mine. "S.S Camren back on shore!" We laughed and Louis rolled his eyes.

I missed these loons, everyday I hung out with Selena, Jaxon and Zach would talk about girls having perfect curves while Suzan, Alex and Tori talked about hooking up with the cutest kid.

I turned to look at Zayn who was bored out of his mind. Everyone was distracted by each other so I took this opportunity to talk about what Perrie's friends did to Logan.

"What," Zayn said emotionless. I motioned for him to come and he groaned but followed me as we began to walk. Looks like the same scenario when we broke up, I should just stop and let it go.

"I have a girlfriend you know." I rolled my eyes but we kept walking at such distance from each other.

"Logan was at the hospital Saturday." I spoke breaking the unbearable silence.

"You think I give a shit about that arse?" He asked.

"Zayn, Perrie sent her friends to go and beat him up. Logan ended in the hospital, and because of that he k-" I stopped myself from saying that and my cheeks immediately began to blush as I couldn't hide it.

*Zayn's POV*

"What did Logan make you do Lauren." I grabbed her by the arm. Her green eyes looked at me, something I hadn't seen in a while, they were beau- ZAYN WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!

"Let go of me Zayn, whatever Logan and I did is not part your business anymore." She said as she pulled out her arm from my strong grab.

Something in me, I felt strange. Protective. But why, Lauren and I were no longer together, something that we both new and accepted... I guess.

There was a small part of me screaming get her back but I knew that I should just follow the instructions my head gave me telling me to ignore Lauren, get back on track, and delete all the feelings I had towards her. But with my head telling me that I still, no matter how much I denied it, cared for Lauren a little too much and I tried to hide it away.

We still walked and her arms were crossed as mine were in my pocket.

"What's Perrie like?" She finally asked. I turned my head to see her not even crack a smile, I knew she hated Perrie.

"Fine actually, she's such an amazing girl. Glad to be with her. Perrie Malik sounds cool right?" I asked on purpose.

Truth is I also developed feelings for Perrie as a distraction from Lauren. And I always get too attached to people when I don't want to. Falling in love is a thing I hate to do. I always end up getting hurt.

"Um yeah I think Logan's calling me. IM COMING LOGAN! Oops gotta uh go." She said and left me. Logan this Logan that.

talking to Lauren? She's no good for u trust me, all she wants is revenge she'll crush you, she told me. Perrie is something <3...

I rolled my eyes how does she not get tired.

I closed my phone and placed it in my pocket. I turned around and eyed the table. Lauren was sitting on Logan's lap even though there was two extra seats. Wow.
