Sungjae felt a whole lot better the next morning. Chang sub told him that Sooyoung went home in the middle of the night when her big brother stopped by.
"How are you feeling today?" Changsub asks, bringing him a bowl of rice porridge. "Sooyoung told me to feed this to you when you wake up."
Sungjae takes the bowl from his hyung and is able to feed himself. "Are you going somewhere today?" eyeing the way he's dressed up.
Changsub nods. "We're going to your Charm-noona's parents. They asked us to visit. Are you gonna be okay by yourself?"
"Yeah." Sungjae agrees. "I can move by myself now. I'll just call up the guys to come over."
"Alright." Changsub smiles. "Eat your food so you can take your medicine."
Luckily for Sungjae, his friends are free for the day and are more than willing to visit him. They are already brimming with excitement since they conspired with Changsub and Charm yesterday to give Sungjae and Sooyoung some time alone.
"Soooooo......" Ilhoon grins widely.
Sungjae looks at them innocently. "So, what...?"
"Oh, don't give us that look!" Hyunsik says, exasperated. "We want to know if things between you and Sooyoung progressed yesterday."
The sick boy blushes. "Look at that blush." Peniel laughs loudly. "Spill the details Sungjae-ah. Something happened, didn't it?"
Sungjae shakes his head. "Nothing happened. Sooyoung just took care of me. That's all."
"That is such a lie!" Hyunsik protests with a smile on his face. "Are you gonna tell us or do we have to tickle it out off of you?"
Sungjae covers himself. "Don't you even think about it, hyung."
The hyungs didn't listen and start to attack their youngest with tickles. The house is slowly getting filled with laughter.
"Stop!" Sungjae pleads. "Fine! Fine! I'll talk!"
The tickling immediately stops. "Talk." Peniel grins.
Sungjae takes a deep breath. "We may have fallen asleep next to each other last night." He covers his face with his arms.
"Wait, by next to each other... you mean...?" Ilhoon raises one of his brows.
Everyone can see how red Sungjae becomes. "I mean we were lying down on my bed next to each other."
"YOU WHAT?!" the three hyungs exclaim.
Sungjae groans. "Please don't tease me about it. I'm already having a hard time as it is."
"Well don't expect us not to ask anything about it. What happened?" Hyunsik pushes.
"Nothing happened, I told you. I didn't want her to leave me." Sungjae shrugs. "I briefly closed my eyes and then I saw here going through my drawers. I don't know what came over me but I pulled her next to me and wrapped my arms around her. I fell asleep right away again and then... I had a strange dream."
The hyungs look curious. "Strange? In a good way or bad way?" Ilhoon asks.
"Both... I think..." Sungjae's forehead forms a v.
Hyunsik sighs in exasperation. "Do we really have to ask you what happened every part of your story? Finish it you dimwit!"
Sungjae laughs at his hyung. "Alright, alright." He turns serious. "Well uhm... at first there's only Sorim, saying the usual stuff how she misses me, how she wants me to belong to her and only her, and asking me if I love her but never saying it on her own."
