Part 62

A/N: Read the lyrics, it relates to Jae Eun and Hyun Woo's relationship. Also, stan Bolbbalgan4! Anyways, enjoy!

"Is it going to be me or Yong Guk?" Hyun Woo asks.

"I......I'm sorry Hyun Woo." I say, looking him in his eyes. Hyun Woo stares at me.

"You won't regret it?" He asks.

"No." I say, confidently.

"Okay." He says and then walks away. I can't believe I just did that. Hyun Woo suddenly turns around.

"This is the end of our relationship." He says.

"I understand." I say.

"That means we can't be friends anymore." Hyun Woo says. My eyes go wide.

"Why not?" I ask, confused.

"It's just too much." He says. I swallow.

"That's fine with me. I have a lot of friends anyway." I say, nonchalantly. He looks at me one last time and then walks away. This time he doesn't turn around.  I just lost one of my close friends and I don't know if I'll get him back.

Later

Things are really awkward between Hyun Woo and I. I'm glad my parents and I are moving back home this weekend.

"We should do something this weekend, the four of us." Ms. Oh says.

"That sounds nice." Eomma says.

"I'm busy this weekend." Hyun Woo says. His mom looks at him.

"With what?" She questions. Hyun Woo picks up a spoonful of rice.

"A date." He states. Everyone looks at him, except for me.

"With who?" Mr. Son asks.

"With a girl from school." He says. Who?

"I forbid it." Ms. Oh says. Hyun Woo looks at her.

"Why?" He asks.

"She's not right for you." She states.

"You don't even know her." Hyun Woo points out.

"I don't need to." Ms. Oh says.

"If she's not right, then who is?" He asks. Everyone's eyes immediately dart over to me.

"I have a boyfriend." I state.

"Who?" Eomma asks. I can't say Yong Guk because everyone thinks he's involved in the case.

"Bang Yong Guk." Hyun Woo says. I glare at him.

"What?!" Eomma and Appa shriek.

"He's innocent, he's just a good guy who got framed. " I say.

"You are forbidden from seeing him." Appa says.

"Fine." I say. Obviously I'm still going to see him, I have to fix this. There's silence for a bit before Eomma speaks.

"Don't forget you have your doctor's appointment tomorrow morning." Eomma says.

"Yeah, I know." I say. I'm really tired of my wheelchair, I hope I won't need it anymore.

The next day

My doctor's appointment went well. I no longer need my wheelchair, which is great. I'm at school now and I haven't seen Hyun Woo so far. My friends and I are hanging out by the soccer field.

"What is this?" Sa Rang suddenly asks. Mi Na and I both look at her confused.

"What's what?" I ask. She shows us her phone. Mi Na's eyes go wide.

"Omo." I say, shocked. It's a picture of Mi Na and Jooheon kissing.

"How could you?" Sa Rang demands.

"It's not what it looks like." Mi Na says.

"Really? Then what is?" Sa Rang asks.  As if on cue, the guys show up. g on?" Jooheon asks. Sa Rang glares  at him.

"You both betrayed me." She says.

"We don't know that for sure. Shouldn't you at least hear their side of the story?" I say.

"You're taking her side?' Sa Rang asks.

"No, I'm just saying that there's always two sides to a story." I say.

"Jae Eun's right." Kihyun says. Sa Rang looks at him.

"You won't be saying that when you know what your 'girlfriend' did." Sa Rang says. She storms off.

"Sa Rang!" I call after her.

"What was she talking about?" Jooheon asks.

"The kiss." Mi Na says. We all gasp.

"Wait, you kissed my girl?" Kihyun demands.

"It was before you two were dating. We were practicing for a play at camp." Jooheon clarifies.

"Who would have this picture and why would they send it?" Minhyuk asks. That's a good question. We all ponder about this.

"Nam So Young!" Mi Na an Jooheon yell in unison.

"Why would she have it?" Hyungwon asks.

"She volunteered at that camp." Mi Na says.

"But why would she send that?" Wonho asks. My phone buzzes. Yong Nam.

Did you receive my present?

What present?

Well, technically it's not my present. Your old friend sent it.

He suddenly calls me.

"Excuse me." I say to my friends and then walk away. I answer the call.

"Why are you and Nam So Young doing this?" I ask.

"We both hate you." He says. Wow, he's very straightforward.

"I don't know what I did to you two, but you guys are really taking this too far." I say.

"I don't think so." Yong Nam says.

"Leave my friends alone. You said you hate me, right?" I say.

"But it's more fun when your friends are involved." Yong Nam says.

"If you do anything to them, I won't stay still." I warn. He chuckles.

"That makes me want to play with them even more." He says. I've had enough of him, so I hang up. I really need to put an end to this. I head back to the bleachers where my friends are.

"Where did Mi Na and Jooheon go?" I ask.

"They went to go clear things up with Sa Rang." Minhyuk explains. I can't let Yong Nam and So Young ruin my friends lives.

"Did you two get into a fight?" Hyungwon asks, referring to Hyun Woo and I.

"We're not friends anymore." Hyun Woo blurts. Everyone looks at us shocked.

"What are you talking about?" I.M asks.

"She's too annoying." Hyun Woo says. I roll my eyes.

"Sunbae!" A girl calls. We all turn around and see a girl with long brownish hair approaching us.

"Kim Ha Na." Hyun Woo says. She bows to the rest of us.

"Sunbae, can we meet today after school?" She asks. Wait a minute. Is she the girl that Hyun Woo was talking about last night?

"Sounds good."Hyun Woo says.

"Thank you." She says, cutely.

"So cute." Hyun Woo says, stroking her hair. Mi Na, Sa Rang, and Jooheon come back.

"I'll get going now." Ha Na says. She walks away. I turn my attention to the trio.

"Are you guys good now?" I ask.

"Yeah, we're good." Sa Rang says, smiling at Mi Na and Jooheon. I'm glad they worked everything out, but that may not be the case next time. Next time, things could be beyond fixing, and that makes me nervous.
