Ronald "Ron" Stoppable was Kim's ex-boyfriend. They were childhood friends, dated for one year during their eighth grade year in middle school, then broke up during freshmen year in high school.
Kim was a cheerleader. She was at the top of the social hierarchy, but she wasn't the most popular girl. Another girl named Bonnie loved to embarrass her and bring her down. Ron had a pet naked mole rat named Rufus. Rufus went everywhere with Ron and they even ate the same things. Ron was a high school student with an eccentric personality. He served as the bumbling sidekick and best friend to Kim. He was useful at very rare times, but he was good at informing her of new threats and distracting villains.
Shego was a black-haired villainess with white streaks in her hair. Her uniform was green and she served Dr. Drakken. Shego was able to generate bright green energy with her hands. It could be used to heat or melt anything she touched with varying levels of effectiveness, or fired as a direct energy beam. Her energy beams ranged from precision shots to explosives that could match modern grenades.
Shego could greatly enhance her natural strength, and was capable of delivering energy strikes powerful enough to rend steel. However, after using her powers too much, Shego's energy would disappear and she would get tired. Before she was a villain, she was a teacher. She loved handling children and playing with them. She used to be a good person, but an opposite machine made by a different scientist turned her evil.
Dr. Drakken was a brilliant scientist, but he was clumsy. He was capable of creating marvelous devices and inventions, but Kim and Ron always found a way to destroy them. The inventions they did not destroy would fail on their own. He was talented at incorporating stolen technology into his own creations. He never gave up and always aimed for perfection and impossibility.
When he was successful with his evil plots, it was mostly because of Shego, his sidekick. She was, in all honestly, much stronger than him and didn't really need him, but he paid her with money and the fact that she got to fight Kim was a bonus.
Drakken depended a lot on Shego because she was one of the few people that could stall or Kim with little help. Shego made a contract with Dr. Drakken. Her contract with him included a no cloning clause, so he was not allowed to clone her no matter how much he clearly wanted to.
