Caroline walked into her apartment after a long day. Already at work, she received a message from Elena about Hope.
Putting the bag down, she her phone an dialled Elena's number, but there was no answer.
"Damn," she exclaimed putting the phone down,"Klaus? Where are you? Klaus?"
But there was no answer.
"Typical. You always appear when -"
"Hello, love," Klaus appeared suddenly, startling the blonde,"how was work? You don't look like a happy bunny."

"Well, I got some news" Caroline said.
"You managed to get through and connect to Lindy?"
Caroline sighed a bit and shook her head in negation."Neh. And the news is semi-bad. Don't freak out -"
"What is it? Is it Hope?" Klaus couldn't help but pull his eyebrows with worry.
