Elena woke up from a dream or rather, another nightmare, gasping for breath. It was now becoming a frequent thing. And she told Jenna about it.
"Yes, I dream of him biting me, like a vampire - and - I tried to understand it. I don't watch horror movies. So, it can't be - it's ridiculous"
"Is it always - the same dream?" Jenna asked.
"No. Last night - we were in a forest and - I am - well, we both are in these viking clothes - I think- my hand is cut, and blood is poring out of it. I look at him, partly afraid and partly like disappointed - and he tells me that I am the one hecloves and that he is not a monster. And I hit him. He yransformes and tells me to run, and I run, but I fall and he catches me snd bites me. And I almpst feel like it is real. This is when I woke up."
Jenna was quiet. She knew why Elena was having those dreams. The White Oak magic worked in its way, telling her about Elijah. And she now thought of telling her the truth about Elijah and herself, but she didn't know how to break it to her. She feared her reaction. And yet, she thought that Elena was entitled to know who she was with really. Keeping her in the dark was not right. But now she let it pass, deciding to speak to Elijah in a few days, when he gets to Salem.
Elena's phone rang and as it said Elijah on the display, she looked at Jenna apologetically.
The witch waved off to the brunette."Oh, take the call. I will check what Hope, Liz and Izzy are doing."
"Hey" Elena picked up the phone with a smile.
"Hello," Elijah said sweetly,"I am sorry to had to decline ypur call this morning, but I was already in a meeting."
"I thought so." Elena said.
"I will be there on Sunday. I thought of travelling tomorrow, but I have to wrap up some things here." Elijah said.
"Ok. I miss you"

"I miss you, too " Elijah said back,"and I hate to hang up, but I have another appointment that has just arrived. I will call you tonight."
