Chapter 23: Flashback

I was young that time when i first saw her and got inlove that time but i thought it was just a puppy love. But no i'm fvckin' wrong because when i was in high school, my love to her was coming back again when the first day of school as a sophomore came

Were playing with Jade, and my couz Jendrix when Jacy with her doll came to us

"Hey we have a new friend guys". The cheerful Jacy said that make us feel curious who is it. But my world stopped when i saw her with a shy smile to us

"Let's welcome Liklik hihihi". So that's it when i first saw her i know this feeling will never lasts and instead it will continue each day.

Everyday started that day were playing each other until the new neighbor came his name was Jerome and he will be our friend that day that makes me feel mad because everytime i saw her. She's with that Jerome. They're really close that time that makes me feel jealous. And i didn't know that my cousin notice that reactions of mine so that he was smirking so much and starting that day he was teasing me about her.

Until one day he was suggesting me one thing.

"Hey bro, mind if you courting her so that when you got her. You can mark her as your property". He said that makes me feel alive of what he was saying

"Thanks bro". I said to him and then he was smiling again and mouted goodluck to me.

Everyday i'm sending him a flower. From my family's garden.

Sometimes his dad notice my flower and then he throw it on the garbage that makes me feel sad.

And everytime i'm picking up the flower of our garden when my brother notice me.

"Yo bro". He said

"What is that? Why are you picking up that flower? Are you courting someone?". He said that makes me glance at him.

"Nah".

"C'mon bro, you can tell me". He said so that i have no choice but to tell him the truth

Than telling him for our mom.

"I'm courting someone bro". I told him and then his face became wide

"Who is that lucky girl that taming my brother's heart?" He said and i'm giving him a death glare that makes him laugh.

"Stop it bro".

"Okay okay i'm shutting up". He said and then I'm continued.

"Her name was Josephine, that's what i've heard to them but her nickname was liklik which is opposite to her name". I said and then he was surprised for the name i mentioned.

"Oh that poor woman?". He said

"Stop it bro".

"Kidding, so that shy type girl". He said and I'm nodding.

"Goodluck bro". He said and then tap my shoulder.

The next day I come to her with my braveness.

'It's now or never' i said to my mind.

And then she was noticed me that i'm coming to her.

And then when when i'm stopped in front of her i'm greeting hi to her

"Hello". She said shyly

"Uhm. I want to ask you something liklik". I said to her.

"Sure, what is it?". She said

"Uh........ C-can i court you?". I said finally that makes her feel surprised.

"Uh....".

"Can i?".

"I'm sorry but were just too young for that commitment drie". She said that makes me sad.

"Were just both young".

"Im 4 and then you, you're just 5". She said to me.

"I'm sorry but i can't". She said

"Hmm okay but. When we grow up. Is it okay if i'll court you?". I asked for a one more time

"Of course". She said to me with a smile on her face that's why i'm smiling too

Starting that incident were moving to China to stay there for good, and i have no updates about her.

My last update that was she's suffering for her dad's death.

How i wish i was there when she's suffering too much but no. I wasn't there.
