The sun shines into my eyes as I get up off the grass, laughing, and shake off the mud and grass off me.

"I told you not to catch that, now you're all muddy!" Liam says while laughing as well.

"Well, I'm sorry that I want to win, and believe me, I just won!"

"Uh... yeah, sure!" he says, sarcastically.

"Guys!" yelled Kalela from the front steps. "Mom says to come in, it's time for dinner!"

"Ok! We'll finish this game up tomorrow." he tells me.

"I'll win!" I shout back.

I'm shaken up by Kristen, who says it's time to get ready for breakfast. I was sad to wake up to a wonderful dream. Something I'm used to for once, and I'm already missing it. I miss my family, I miss Liam and Kalela and mom, so much, you would never understand.

Once I'm dressed and ready, we meet in the foyer, like normal, and head up to breakfast. We all sit down in the same spot as the days before, including Alkai. We've started talking more and more everyday, but about some weird stuff.

"So," he says as he sits down. "what are we talking about today?"

I laugh, then he does. Then our food comes-muffins.

"Yum, muffins!" he says, then grabs a banana flavored one.

As he takes off the rapper, a bunch of crumbs fall onto my plate and skirt, messing up my area of the table.

"Hey!" I say laughing, "You messed up my area! Don't make me look like the pig here!"

"Hey!" he says, also laughing, "Did you just call me a pig? I'm not a pig!!!!!!"

"This mess here proves otherwise!"

"Ok, I'll clean it up!"

"Good!"

We both laugh.

"Also, who eats a banana flavored muffin?!" I say teasing him.

"Me!!I do!!!" he says after finishing his muffin.

We both laugh and I grab a chocolate muffin and notice that everyone's looking at me, and Rhyliegh's glaring at me from across the table, but I don't care.

"Anyway," he says as I take a gigantic bite from my muffin. "are you interested in going on a date with me later?"

I blush, and with my mouth still full of muffin mumble, "Sure!"

"Great! I'll come up to your room later to pick you up."

After breakfast, we go to our princess classes until lunch, which we eat without the royal family. After lunch, we have free time in our rooms. I'm reading a book from my bookshelf on my comfy chair, when a knock comes on my door. I look around, but none of my maids are around, so I get up to answer it.

It's Alkai.

"Hey."

Hi."

"I brought you this. I was actually expecting your maids to answer the door, but I guess not." he laughs.

"They aren't around."

"Oh, well it's written in here," he hands me an envelope, "but I'll see you at 7!"

He closes the door on the way out. I check the time, 5:15.

"Ugh, they'll want me to start getting ready soon." I say to myself.

I jump into the shower and take an hour long, warm shower, making sure to lather myself in the palace's good-smelling soap. The only reason my shower is cut short is because I forgot to tell Mrs. Brown that I wasn't going to dinner, so the phone rang. The palace phone. There's one in the bathroom, so I shut off the water and grabbed the phone. I told them that I was getting ready, so just to send it up. I pull on a towel, and walk out of the bathroom. My maids are sitting on my bed looking anxious.

"Good! You're finally done! Lets get you ready for your date!" squeals Alexis.

I eat as they work on my hair. They make a flower crown, and it's amazing. Then, I have to brush my teeth, and they put some makeup on my face. Just some mascara and lipstick. Thankfully, I don't have to wear a dress for once. I get to choose my outfit, to 'express my personality' my maids had told me.

So, I pull on my only pair of jeans and a blue sweater. I pair that with some black converse. One glance in the mirror is all I have when Elizabeth brings Alkai into my room.

He stares at me, then says, "Wow, you look beautiful Foster."

"Thank you, shall we go?"

"Yes, lets go!"
