"Lauren." A voice said.

I turn around, arching a brow at her. "What do you need, Lucy?"

"Wanna hang out?" She took a few step, getting closer to me.

I look at her with no interest. "No thanks..." I said, continuing my walk to the parking lot.

"Aw come on. Don't you want our friendship back?" She looked and walked beside me.

"I already said no."

"Please?"

I ignored her for the last time and sped up. Nonetheless, she still followed me, calling my name over and over again.

I'm ready to kill her.

I'm sure my face is plastered with annoyance right now. Can't that brunette shut up atleast once? Or should I give her a chance to be friends again?

I would rather not.

I also forgot something...

Ally haven't told me what she would say to me yesterday, maybe she had forgot about it, weird. There's something more weird than that, I haven't seen her today. We do have the same classes thought, she wasn't there. Can she be sick or somethin'?

I clear my mind for a minute. I hopped on to my bike, starting the engine and leaving the school with the maniac still calling my name again and again to bring my attention.

No one could bring my attention except for Ally and the others.

Might add some unnecessary business also...

I headed my way to Ally's house. Cars on the way filled my view.

"Traffic." I mumbled in annoyance.

I sigh. I turn to the left, going to a shortcut that I have found on the way to Ally's.

I reach the house, parking on the side.
My eyes were greeted with Ally's mom
holding a bowl of soup just to deliver it upstairs.

"Good evening Ms. Hernandez, can I bring that upstairs?" I ask politely.

Patricia smiled at me but also brows were furrowed, "I told you a million times already Lauren, call me Pat." She handed me the bowl of soup for me to reach it.

I grabbed it, smiling afterwards. I head upstairs, entering Ally's room. My eyes landed on the peacefully sleeping body. I closed the door. I put the bowl on the nightstand. I sit beside her carefully, putting my hand on her forehead, checking if there is any sign of heat.

Sadly, there is and if I could describe it, it's like the sun. Too hot.

I do what a normal person always does. She woke up the minute I settled
the wet material on top of her head. "L-Lauren?" Her voice was hoarse than normal, eyes squinting trying to adjust her sight.

I smiled, "Yeah, it's me. Don't talk to much."

Brown orbs look at my figure as I get the bowl "What's that?". I put it on my lap, "Soup." I responded. I tried to feed her though, she won't budge on opening her mouth. She sat up and grab it from me, feeding herself. "You know, I can feed myself but thanks." She smiled.

"I actually wanted to feed you but you don't want to..." My hand landed on her knee. She stared at it for a while, Her cheeks glowing into a reddish surface.

Mind as well play with her mind.

I smirk, "Having incoherent thoughts?"

That had forced her out of her deep thinking, "W-what? No! Of course not." The blush was evident now. I laughed at her, "Your not so Innocent, babe." I winked.

She shoved my shoulder, "Shut up." She said, before proceeding on finishing her soup.

I once more laugh at her, "Relax. I'm just playing with you." Our atmosphere fall in to a silent, not awkward, but peaceful. I grab the bowl from her grasp, "I'll be right back." I kiss her forehead, continuing downstairs to put away the bowl and get water.

A couple of days later...

Tik. Tok. Tik. Tok.

The sound of the clock can be heard from the unlively living room. Tv turned on for a person who is not even listening nor watching due to the not so nicely thought in her mind.

Well, you already know that it is me.

I sat motionless on the couch as the TV show went on. Kinda boring when you can't hang out with your girlfriend. Why? they'd go somewhere which I don't know where. Didn't tell me for some reasons, don't ask me what reasons because I also don't know.

My eyes wandered off, searching for some atleast entertainment. Although,
there was none.

Maybe, i'll just go to my room.

I turned off the tv and grabbed my phone. Walking upstairs feels like for years. I know i'm exaggerating but I'm lazy today so don't complain.

Out of blue, my phone rang while I opened the brown door. Silence and the feeling of loneliness filled up the atmosphere once I entered the dim room. I sigh looking at the caller.

Dad.

What now?

I answered the call, "What do you want now?"

"Woah, easy there. Calm down for a minute, will ya?"

"Just get straight to the point."

He sigh, "We need to talk."

I rolled my eyes. "Yeah, sure, 'talk'."

"I'm serious about this Lauren." He said through the phone with a stern voice.

"And how serious is this even?" I asked.

"Even your girlfriend is involve in this to."

My once annoyed expression became serious with the mention of Ally. "What time?"

"Now."

Ooh some spice in my life.

Just joking, I hate this type of things.

I wan't some peaceful life and to be graduated. It's to troublesome having a dramatic life. Now anyways, i'm curious. Is this what Ally wanted to say but forgot it?

My face frowned, wanting to be faster
to know what that bastard would say about this nervous call. I hope that this talk would go smoothly than me raging and being immature sometimes.

I won't actually do that.

As long as the talk involved my baby girl, I would be very serious about it.

I entered the car, turning on the ignition. I drove quietly to the house of my so called 'father'. Nevertheless, driving to there had my mind thinking so many things about the talk, but the most important is,

How did it get to the point that my girlfriend is involved?
