So Ven went to sleep, happy that he had a friend to talk to.

He awoke to Lil Wayne on his ringtone.

Ven slowly got out his phone and stepped into the bathroom. (Yes, this dorm has a bathroom) It was Terra.

"Hey, Ven. How was school yesterday?"

"Well, it didn't start out well, but I made 2 friends."

"Really? Who?"

"Duncan and Isadora Quagmire. They're pretty nice, actually."

"Good. Have fun today, Ven."

"I will. Thanks, Terra. Hey, do you know anything about a Count Olaf? Duncan asked me last night. Apparently his parents died in a fire too."

"They did? That's strange. Well, I'll ask Eraqus. All I know is that they said something about V.F.D."

"Ok, I'll keep that in mind. Bye."

Ven hung up and slowly walked out. He put his phone back in his backpack and got ready to go to breakfast.

That was the one thing that Ven never had at his regular school. 3 meals. Well, this was kind of a boarding school, so it was obvious.

Anyways, he went over to his table, where he was greeted by the Quagmires.

"How'd you sleep?" Isadora asked.

"Pretty good for a first night." Ven replied.

"Good. How do you feel about your classes?"

"Confident. For now."

"Hopefully you stay that way."

Duncan nudged his sister. "Hey, I told him about Count Olaf." He whispered.

Her eyes widened. "Duncan!" She hissed sharply.

"Hey, it's fine. He hasn't heard of him before. And we can trust him."

Isadora sighed. "I guess you're right."

Hailey frolicked up to their table.

"I smell people who lost their parents in fires." She smirked.

"Um, I didn't lose my parents in a fire!" Ven called.

But Hailey had already tapped away.

"She's been worse since Principal Nero got her those tap shoes."

"Well, I know worse people. Well, if you can call him a person."

Ven told his friends about Pennywise the Dancing Clown, and they were pretty surprised to hear about something like him.

"So you survived a killer clown?" Duncan asked.

Ven nodded. "If it wasn't for Terra, I might have been ded."

"Wow. That must have been hard."

"Yeah."

Meanwhile, Terra was at DJ Khaled's house, talking about the new problems.

"So, what did Eraqus say about V.F.D?" Khaled asked.

"Well, he told me that it was classified. But he also said that V.F.D was some sort of secret organization."

"Really? Why would your parents work for a secret organization? That's weird."

Right as Khaled said that, the doorbell rang.

"Who's that?" Terra questioned.

"Oh, I think that's Wayne."

Khaled left, and a minute later, he came back with Lil Wayne.

"Hey, wha's up, Terra?"

"Well, not much, except that Jafar separated me from Ven and Aqua."

"What? Why?"

"Because I helped kill Pennywise."

Wayne's eyes widened. "Oh."

"It's still alright, though. Ven is making friends, and he seems to be doing well."

"Maybe he just wants you to think that." Khaled said.

Terra raised an eyebrow. "Huh?"

"I used to lie to my parents all the time. They thought I was fine, but I was pretty stressed. Maybe I can help."

"But how?" Terra asked.

"I could disguise as a worker."

"No. No way. Ven would recognize you immediately."

"What about me?" Dwayne offered.

Terra paused. Ven didn't know Wayne very well. It might work.

"If I say I'm an assistant or something, I could monitor ya boy."

"You sure?"

"Absolutely."

So Lil Wayne left to go to the school, and applied for the teacher in music. Chorus, because he was a rapper. He used his vocals.

Anyways, the day went on, and that day was the same as the last. The only difference is, there was going to be a pep rally after dinner.

So Dwayne watched from the back, with a hidden ear mic on, talking to Terra.

"Yeah, he's got 2 friends." The rapper reported. "They look worried. Like they're trying to tell Ven something."

And they were worried.

"Ven, you're in trouble. We overheard Count Olaf. He's-"

"Hey! Stop talking!" Mr. French yelled, tapping their heads.

"Count Olaf?" Wayne piped up.

Terra's eyes widened. "Wait a minute, what did you say?"

"Count Olaf. One of Ven's friends said something about him."

"Eraqus told me about him. He's bad news. He tried to sabotage V.F.D a long time ago, and apparently wanted his fortune. Maybe he still does."

Wayne pulled out his phone and looked at the picture Terra had sent him. "If he's here, Ven could be in trouble."

Principal Nero stepped up to the platform.

"I know things have seemed less peppy since our athletes, cheerleaders, and beloved gym teacher mysteriously vanished on the way home from that away game. But Prufrock Prepatory has a motto. It's "Memento Mori". It's an ancient Greek saying,"

"Latin." Said the Quagmires.

"Remember, you will die. And soon, the sun will set the fiery orb of life, leaving me alone! Alone... Until you meet someone who truly understands you and supports you with friendship, camaderie and cash bribes. Our gym teacher was irreplaceable, but I have found someone who I know can fill her shoes. Now, please welcome to the stage, a man with no resume, no letters of recommendation, no credit history, but with such a marvelous ear for music that I've hired him as the newest member of our faculty! Your new gym teacher, Coach Genghis!"

A man stepped on to the stage. He had a turban, and running shoes on.

"So much to learn, and I am here to school you."

Wayne whispered through his ear mic. "Yeah, that's Olaf."

940 words.
