Abel raised his eyebrows. "Wait wh-"

Terra had teleported the group to the place Abel had directed them, and the people that weren't experienced with it were pretty shocked. Especially Abel.

"How'd you do that?" He asked.

"I had practice." Terra replied, grinning. "Now, let's go find your friend."

"Hey, what about my bus?" Khaled asked.

"Don't worry, it's fine. I put it in a place nobody will find it. And besides, who would steal a tour bus?"

Khaled gave Terra one of those "You stoopid" looks, and Terra changed his mind.

Terra left, then returned a few seconds later.

"There. It's in a parking lot not far from here."

"Ok, nice."

"Alright, where do we find Gesaffelstein?" Hartman asked.

"He should be close. You know what to look for, right?"

Everyone nodded, and they went on their way.

And there it was. A large crowd. Coincidentally, it was for a rave. The DJ was dancing on top of the stage with his hands in the air.

"Don't worry, I've got this." Terra said as he walked into the crowd.

"No, he doesn't." Ven whispered. He ran into the crowd before Aqua could stop him. Unbeknownst to Terra, he needed Ven.

As Terra pushed through the darkness, he found the man in the middle of the crowd. But once he saw Terra, he got scared and moved away from him. Luckily, Ven was moving towards him.

"Hey, Gesaffelstein!" Ven called. The French producer backed away from him as well. "Hey! It's ok."

"Ven! What are you doing?" Terra demanded. Ven told him to shush and continued to speak to Mike.

"I'm Ven. I know you don't know me but I'm a friend of Abel's."

Gesaffelstein stopped, tilting his head. "I can take you to him. We can figure it all out. Terra's a friend too. Don't be scared."

"Hey, move it!" Some guy dancing yelled angrily. "Don't ruin my time!"

"C'mon, let's go. Please." Ven pleaded.

It looked as if Gesaffelstein was thinking, but then he collapsed. Terra caught him.

"Ven, help me get him!"

They slowly, but carefully carried him out of the rave, and brought him to Abel.

"Is he breathing?"

"No way to tell in this form." Terra replied.

"Oh, no. This is bad." Abel announced, worried. "Stand back."

Starboy materialized his cross, and just as he was about to do something probably harmful to Gesaffelstein in order to save him, the man's form turned back human.

Abel, surprised, slowly put away his tool.

"What should we do?" Georgie asked.

"Take him to my place. He knows it better than here."

"Ok, where is it?" Terra asked.

"Hidden Hills, California."

"California?!" Sam exclaimed. "That's far from where I live!"

"No worries." Eraqus reassured. "We'll get you home whenever you want."

"What about us?" Isadora asked. "Where will we live after this?"

"I'll find you a place."

She reluctantly nodded, smiling a bit.

So they teleported to Abel's house, which was pretty big to be honest, and as he described, trashed.

He laid the man on his couch, and checked. "Yeah, he's breathing. False alarm, everybody."

With everyone relieved, Georgie walked next to Ven. "It was good that you went in there, but you should have asked for help. Something very bad could have happened."

Ven frowned. "I know. But he's safe. And that's what matters, right?"

"What also m-matters is that you're s-safe." Bill chimed in. "G-Georgie's lucky to have you as a f-friend, but you'll w-wanna be a good example to him. Y-ou don't want him risking his l-life either, right?"

Ven nodded. "Right."

"Guys! He's awake!" Duncan whispered.

Everyone looked over to see Gesaffelstein with his eyes wide open, probably in some sort of shock.

"Abel?"

Abel bent down to talk to his friend.

"Hey, man."

He looked around, puzzled.

"Who... are they?"

"G, do you remember anything about the party?"

"I... Went to a party?" He asked in his French accent.

Abel looked confused until he realized something. "What time is it?"

DJ Khaled looked at his watch. "12:17."

"12:17?" Georgie asked, surprised. "It's really late."

Abel nodded. "He passed out in his other form, which means he won't remember anything from there." He turned to Gesaffelstein. "Your dark form did the thing again."

Gesaffelstein nodded slowly. "So am I supposed to know these people?"

"Not exactly, but a few of them saved you."

Ven looking nervous, stepped forward to meet him.

"Hi. I'm Ventus, but you can call me Ven. I, uh.. convinced you to come back with us."

Mike paused, then smiled and held out his hand. "Nice to meet you, Ven."

Ven shook it, still a little embarrassed.

"It's ok, you don't have to be nervous."

Eyes widened, Ven asked, "How did he know I was nervous?"

Abel laughed. "Oh yeah, he can sense emotions too."

"Cool!" Georgie walked over to Gesaffelstein. "I'm Georgie. What am I feeling?"

Lévy chuckled. "It's not what you feel, it's the emotion that you feel at the moment. You're excited, and a little curious too."

Georgie nodded in approval.

"So, did anything bad happen? Is that why I "blacked out"?"

"Not exactly." Abel replied. "But I'm pretty sure earlier tonight you saved Georgie, Ven, and these kids Duncan and Isadora over there from a villain."

"Ah! That's why they felt familiar."

"Uh, shouldn't everyone introduce themselves to Gesaffelstein now?"

"Oh, call me Mike. Or G. It's shorter. And yes, that would be nice."

So after 3 minutes of introductions, Mike felt like he knew everyone quite well.

"So, why are we even here?"

Everyone turned to Donna, who hadn't got a big chance to talk in all of this.

"I mean, I have nowhere else to go, so I might as well stay with you people. But why are we just standing around talking? This is boring!"

"They're trying to figure it out, Donna." Sam reassured. "Isn't there people to save or something?"

"Wait, maybe there is." Wayne interjected. "Isn't The Dark One dangerous?"

"Technically, yes. But I'm not even sure where he would be."

Just as he said that, a voice was heard behind everyone.

"Oh, but I'm right here, dearie!"

1038 words.
