"Arrrg!" where did I put them, she said as she fumbled through her bag the next morning.
"Wait! no way wait! wait! no please, tell me I did not hand over the documents with my stuff."
Her diary😂😂😂 credit card, identity card and ATM card were all in Jake's office.
"No! no! no! no! I couldn't have possibly done that." She tried to convince herself, she wore her shoes and headed for work , reaching the office she greeted her core workers and headed to her desk, she checked her bosses schedule, yes! she smiled placing the file back, he has a meeting at another company before reporting to work. She quickly ran to his office and after ransacking it found nothing. "they have to be somewhere here," she could here her heart pounding in her ears and this gave her chills, how was she now suppose to get her stuff back and had just ran away the previous day without answering a question that was never on her mind... "I could send my mother or our cat or I could bring Bianca and introduce her as my daughter,"  she thought, no what if my mom sides with Jake because he is rich she could quickly marry me off without even thinking twice and all our financial problems would be solved and her dream about college would be crushed. "No not my mom, never!"

She definitely needed a second plan, after arranging Jake's schedule for the next day it was almost lunch time and she was exhausted and hungry she had not yet gotten any friends but loved eating lunch with her colleagues. Today they were having grilled chicken and dumplings for lunch. Jake passed by them and Cindy had not noticed until he greeted them, she was choked by the piece of chicken she was enjoying and excused herself.
He could possibly not have found them, she tried to convince herself as she shut the bathroom door, she breathed in, looked at the mirror and said "after this Cindy you are definitely quitting this job."
It was five in the evening and she had not heard any news of him calling her or seen him wandering outside his office. She sighed ,took her hand bag and stood still looking confused not knowing whether to hide then creep in his office when no one was around.

"Wouldn't that be childish she thought,"  she did not want to convey the wrong message what if someone in the office came back and saw her. Who cares anyway  she thought, it was now or never, this was her only opportunity before her secrets got uncovered and also her ATM card  she had to pay her college tuition fee.
