It was nine thirty in the evening Cindy could not believe that she had stayed under her desk for all those hours, the coast was now clear, she took the keys went to his office and searched every corner of it.
After several attempts and guesses she finally found her credit card but why was it alone? looking closely it was not hers but Jakes her credit card, ATM card, Identity card and diary were still missing , she scrambled through the files in his desk and drawers once again but found nothing. She knew they had to be somewhere in there and she wasn't going home until she got them. Just as she reached out to open one suspicious drawer something brushed her leg, this gave her chills and she could feel a massive pile of air run down her spine, she quickly turned on the flashlight on her phone. It was just a cat, it purred, stared at her then went away.

In the midst of all this confusion some documents had slipped from her hand and we're scattered all over the floor, that cat had really ruined her day she was now sure that after what she had encountered she was really going to quit that job. It was an endless search ,she took her bag after leaving everything in position and heard a bang on the door ,someone was there, she didn't have the strength to turn. She felt her legs wobble, why was the fear familiar?  it couldn't be that cat again the feeling this time was different it brought back fresh memories of fear and discomfort.
"What are you doing in my office!"
She was out of breath, scared and confused,  her breath was cut short and her heart pounded vigorously in her chest. It felt like she was being compressed on her chest thus unable to breath.
"I ...e. I... inha..ler."
