"I told you we should never have agreed for her to live alone,"
"So now you want to blame me just like you did when Paige died,"
"Please don't bring....
"Guys please stop arguing I'm not dead ."
Cindy hated watching her parents argue they never stopped blaming each other about almost everything.
She was to be discharged after two days, how could she be spending two other full days in hospital, her parents told her that she was not going back to her house but moving back in with them. She was about to start college in few weeks time, she hated home, that empty bed beside hers was her sisters, she had told her parents to get rid of it because it only brought guilt and painful memories. They had fought several times and this was her reason for moving out.
"Was my diary and credit card bought here with the rest of my stuff." She asked her mum.
"No sweetie I didn't see your diary and credit card, but how could you forget your inhaler, in fact tell your boss we are so grateful, I don't know what would have happened if he brought you here a little late."
Cindy really wanted to cry, the truth is this was the first time she really wanted to cry concerning her sisters death, she had never allowed herself to heal from it.She wanted to ask her mother what really happened but there was no way she could, because she would open healing wounds, it could even lead to worse occurrences, maybe like her parents divorcing because of the constant arguments and blaming each other. In the midst of her thinking she remembered her baby sister was not with her parents she was at the day care, that poor little thing, She thought, what would happen to her if their parents decided to divorce, she had to make sure her parents stay together and by doing so she had to refrain from asking about Paige.
