The Mitchell Boys

Chapter 7

They're was the man from the cafe, Richard. I'm such a dumb ass, he told me his name, and I could tell he was new in town, and everyone was saying his name. I just couldn't put two and two together.

Thinking about it I didn't notice the boys coming down stairs.
"Dad there is a crazy stalker in our house who knows Douglas!" Brian yelled from the stairs.

I turned my head and looked at the devilishly hot boys in front of me. "I am not a stalker, you just happened to run into me that night. But it was what you deserved with your pompous attitude " i snapped back.

He shot me a look and his brothers did too. Then I'm pretty sure his name is Austin spoke.
"What we mean is that there is a weird girl in our house that were we're not comfortable with."

Cameron added something, "that's not Alyssa." I saw Alyssa's face crumble but then go back into a smile.

"well I'm sorry you're not comfortable with me, I hope we can work it out. " I saw the boys looking exasperate. But Ash looked the same. I'm curious.

Then Richard started to speak, "Well sorry boys i forgot to tell you
That Chris is moving in with us." I saw all the boys tense up then glare at me.

" But-"
"Nope, she is living with us. Alyssa is her legal guardian until her dad-"

I started to cough unnaturally loud, to stop him from talking about my dad. What they don't know doesn't hurt them. He looked at me while Alyssa rubbed my back.

I saw something in his eyes, I guess he understood. "Well her family is going through things. So treat her nicely, we'll be getting her school schedule and uniform tomorrow."Damn they already have school ready. "Alyssa will show you your room."

I nodded, Alyssa slipped her high heels off really quick and set her purse down. "Follow me." She smiled and went to the stairs. I passed the guys while following her and they just glared at me.

Well fuck them, I went right past them with my head held high and followed Alyssa up the stairs. The stairs were brown wood with a carpet over the middle. It had black railings and was one that you'd see in movies.

After.I went up the fancy stairs we were in the second floor, there was two hallways, one right and one left. Alyssa started to walk down the left hallway.

"Well these are some of the boys rooms," she pointed at some doors. " this is a bathroom and your room is right here. " she stopped at a white door, she twisted the silver handle and I saw the fields out room.

The walls were pink and white, the bed sheet was pink, there was a link desk and a red chair and couch. A black tv on the wall and a computer on the desk. A black book shelf full with books and a dresser and night stand. A pink and black zebra striped lamp and comforter. A queen sized bed and a shit ton of pillows. I threw up in my mouth a little bit didn't show it.

Alyssa clapped her hands, "time for the best part!" She went to a door and opened a walk in closet filled with close and shoes that can dress a country.

"why would anyone need all of this? " Alyssa rolled her eyes. She was wealthy before Richard so not a lot has changed, but having her money and Richards money might have went to her head. I could tell when she said, "A new one for everyday silly."

"i wanted to hit my head against a wall repeatedly, I told your mom that once and she gave me that same look." I was squinting at her and had my mouth curled. It was "you dumbass" l apparently give to a lot of people. I'm an open book, sue me.

" i don't need all of this but thank you. " she smiled again. "Me and Richard spent a week finding decorations and the actually decorated did a great job. I love it how bout you?"
