After finishing washing my hands and feet, I touched up my hair and makeup. I jumped onto the sink so I could put my shoes and socks back on. Jumping back off i looked in the mirror and touched up my hair and makeup.

Today was going surprisingly well all considering. But the dance was about to start, after that then the real fun began. I walked out the bathroom with my hands in my pockets looking around for Leo.

I leaned against the wall for a bit, not in the mood to go out my way to look for him when I saw him walk out the hallway. He was fixing his color and his hair with a dark look on his face. I lifted my hand and did a two finger wave, letting him know where i was and going to meet him halfway.

I plastered a smile back on his face when he saw me. "Looks like you're good now." he said looking at my shoes. I just ignored the look from earlier and continued like I never saw anything. "Yeah, should we start heading to our areas?"

He nodded and we started to walk through the crowd. "So..." he started, "How close are you with Brian?" He asked me nonchalantly. As if it was just another question, but something was off about the way he said it.

"Ummm, i don't know. Define close?" I asked him sceptically. I wanted to know why he cared and why it sounded off. "I don't know, like are you guys friends?" He asked. I snorted at the question. Friends? I don't even know what me and Brian are but I'm pretty sure we aren't friends. He hates me and I hate him.

"Nope, we are not friends. It's more like..." I paused not sure how to describe our weird relationship. "It's more like we can't stand each other." I just said a simple explanation instead of going in depth in the physiology of the whole thing.

He nodded but I could tell he wasn't really believing it. "Why are you asking?" I tried to hide the suspicion from my tone. "No real reason, it just seemed like you and the Mitchells got along."

If what we were his version of getting along is I don't know how any of them have friends. "Anyways can you show me where the dancers meet up to warm up? They told me the place but never showed me where to go, kinda forgetting that i'm the new girl."

"Yeah, totally." He showed me the room that they all meet up at and I gave him my goodbyes. "Do you wanna meet up after? I can show you around some more." He offered. I was getting the feeling if i hung out anymore then i did now he would get the wrong idea.

"Thanks for the offer, but I think I'm going to hang out with some of the dance team. I already promised time to them, maybe next time. But i had a lot of fun... thanks." I gave him a smile before walking into the room.

Wes was already in there talking to some of the guys on the team. I didn't want to interrupt their conversation so I walked next to Wes and joined the conversation. I didn't butt in or do anything unnecessary, I just stood there nodding and adding a few comments here and there until they parted ways.

"Well hello there gorgeous." Wes greeted. I smiled at him and looked him up and down, "Not looking bad yourself." He was wearing black cargo pants and a black shirt with an open up black button shirt over it. "Thank you, are you ready for tonight?''

I nodded my head, I was nervous of course but the excitement of dancing always pushed it away. "So have you been having fun?" I asked him back. He gave me a look, "this thing is mainly for freshmen and for the school to make even more money. After doing it once it kind of gets boring but we all show up for extra credit." I nodded at his explanation, it made sense.

"Well I was having a blast, my competitive spirit is quaking." I heard the door open from behind us and Addy, Kim, and Teresita came in. Addy's eyes lit up when she saw me. She rushed over and bombarded me with questions.
