----------------------------"So, we'll start in LA and end where?" I asked Calum as I was looking through the papers he handed me. "Boston," he said and I looked at him. "It just happened to be your city, and we'll have a five day stop there, then we'll go to Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver before leaving for Europe," he said, neatly folding his clothes and putting it in his suitcase. Tour was starting tonight and I was both excited and nervous.
The boys had been practicing the setlist nonstop and it turned out wonderful, both new and old songs being played and I hoped the fans would love it as much as I did. Thanks to all the meetings and the interviews the boys had, I hadn't seen Calum as much as I wanted, but I guess that something I had to get used to, because he would be just as busy, if not busier, on tour.
He finally closed the suitcase and sighed.
"So, who's taking care of Duke while we're gone?" I asked Calum while cuddling with the small dog on his bed. Calum sat down next to me, scratching Duke behind his ears. "One of my friends is taking care of 'em this week and Mali is picking him up next week."
I know Calum wouldn't admit it out loud, but I knew he was upset that he had to leave Duke again, but traveling with a dog once is a hell, let alone flying to a different country every day. I intertwined my fingers with Calum's and looked at him. "Excited for tonight's show?" I asked him and he shrugged. "I'm nervous, I hope I don't fuck it up. The first show is always the worst," he said before kissing me on my temple.
"Where will I go during the show?"
"Backstage. You'll be able to see the show from the sides with Crystal," he said and I smiled. "Sounds good."
We sat there for a while, on the bed with Duke on my lap. "I can't believe that I'm coming on tour with you," I said, resting my head on his shoulder. Calum chuckled. "I can't believe you actually dropped out of university so you could come on tour with me," he said and I giggled. "I know right? My parents are going to kill you when they meet you in Boston." I told him and he frowned. "What?"
I lifted my face from his shoulder and looked at him. "Oh - right. I didn't tell you, my parents want to meet you when we're in Boston. They want to have a family dinner." I said, scratching the back of my head. "Oh god, I'm too awkward for that," Calum said worried and I laughed. "You'll be fine. They're great. They stalked you on the internet after I told them about you." I told him. "And they believed you?" he said. "Of course not. I had to show them pictures. You should've seen their faces, fucking hilarious."
"Aren't they mad that I brought you on tour with us?" he asked and I shrugged. "Don't know, don't care. I'm 21, I'm officially an adult." I told him before kissing him on the lips. "Now, go shower before you're late for soundcheck, you lazy ass."

"Break a leg," I whispered in Calum's ear before kissing him on the lips as he was holding his bass. The crowd was screaming, chanting for the boys to come out. "Thanks, sweetheart," he said before the boys, me, Crystal and the few people of the crew that were here fist-bumped each other.
"Number one, let's do this!" Ashton said before waiting for his cue and disappearing on stage. Calum looked at me and I saw the excited little sparkle in his eyes. "Have fun out there," I said and he flashed a smile at me before he followed Michael and Luke on stage.
Crystal and I went to our spot. I promised her that for one half of the show we'd go to the other side of the stage so she could take some quality pictures of Michael, but for the first half, I needed an excuse to stare at Calum playing the bass from the side of the stage.
