41: Legend

1 YEAR LATER, 27th November 1981 (What would be LJ's 18th birthday)

HARVEY'S P.O.V.

A year has gone by since we lost LJ, today he would be turning 18 finally legally an adult, myself and John have recently just turned 21 our sisters have not long turned 24 (Caroline), 19 (June) and 18 (Audrey), and our dads are 64 and 42 as well, also Uncle Bobby just turned 56; *sigh* why is everyone getting so damn old? Caroline, myself and John are in our early 20s, June and Rachel are still teenagers (technically), our dads are in their early 60s and early 40s, and Uncle Bobby is in his late 50s!. We are all still saddened by LJ's death, even though it has been just over a year but you never really forget those close to you that have passed away, do you? I have been trying to cope without having him around day-to-day, I'll never hear him playing his drums at ludicrous hours in the morning, him always coming into my room and annoying me (but what are younger siblings for?), now I'll have to still listen to "Fly Boy" (John) and his planes ugh! Please no!. On a more lighter note, (thankfully) I've been thinking of taking up a degree in astronomy because ever since I was about three or four, I've been fixated on space and I've always said I want to be an astronomer, they always say to follow your dreams well I'm going to pursue mine in the space field, and hopefully I can make a career out of it one day.
