Hunter wasn't the happiest with Sebastian at the minute. Apparently Sebastian had neglected to tell him he was leaving for the weekend, and he wasn't too happy when he disappeared for a night with Kurt and came back the next morning.
Their fight- first fight ever, actually- ended when Sebastian defended that he wasn't even gone for that long, to which Hunter scathingly retorted 'all the hotels close?' Sebastian had been so shocked and offended that he couldn't respond.
Sebastian was getting so tired of being alone; Macy was at her own school, Kurt had Blaine, and now this.
He was reading in his dorm room when the door opened abruptly. He stood up, seeing Hunter.
"Hunter, I-"
Hunter cut him off, striding across the room, grabbing ahold of his wrist and kissing him. Sebastian eagerly kissed back, putting his apology into it.
"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said that," Hunter said when they broke apart. "Just please, please don't do that again. You scared me."
"And I'm sorry, I should have remembered to tell you where I was going." Sebastian moved his wrist awkwardly, Hunter was still gripping on to it. It actually hurt quite a bit. "Hunter, you-"
"It won't happen again, will it?" Hunter asked him, cutting it off.
"You're sti-"
"Sebastian. Tell me it won't happen again."
"Hunter, you're scaring me."
Hunter's grip tightened, and Sebastian yelped in pain. "Tell me."
"Hunter, I promise it won't happen again!" Sebastian rushed to get the words out, and Hunter let go of his wrist.
"Good."
As Hunter left, Sebastian stared after him in disbelief, rubbing his wrist that was already bruising. How did he manage to get an abusive family and boyfriend?
He was getting sick of it. Not just being around it, but running away from it. It seems to be his fate, having at least one abusive person in his life.
Maybe... maybe this was just an off. One action doesn't determine who someone is. Besides, Sebastian had waited so long for this opportunity, to be Hunter Clarington's boyfriend. He could take a bruise or two.
