18 (part three)

Amy's Pov

"Chica, go in," Sean said then closed the door, after about a minute of not hearing any barking or growling he opened the door.

I took Mark's hand and walked into the room.

"Honey bunny?" He asked once we were fully in the room.

I let Mark's hand go and ran to my dad, He stood up and hugged me.

"Honey bunny, You are okay! Thank you, Mark, Thank you for doing what I couldn't."

"It wasn't just me sir." Mark said, "Sean helped a lot. He went with me to get her from Jorden."

"Dad, they both almost died a few times, once from a helicopter and then Jorden threw them over a huge ass Clift into a river."

"I want to tell you no swearing so bad but you are old enough to swear." He said laughing, we let each other go but I stayed close to him.

"Amy, I tried to save you, but Kenny and Bubba are too strong."

"It's okay dad, I am okay now. Kenny is locked away and Bubba is dead."

"That is what Mark said, that he killed him." He looked at Mark like he didn't trust him.

"He had to, Bubba was touching me in horrible ways, Mark made a deal with Kenny that if he did it again then Mark gets to take a shot at Bubba. Kenny took the deal, and Bubba's hand went back to where he had it. So Mark took Kenny's gun and shot him."

"Thank you, I know I keep saying it but really, Thank you. If it wasn't for you guys then my daughter would still be in hell. Honey bunny, please stay away from your mother, she is NOT the woman I fell in love with."

"Yeah, I don't plan on seeing her again. She tried to keep us locked in the house, and she kept a slave! She used someone who went through the hell that I was forced to do. I know we only have a few more minutes and I know we have to act like this conversation never happen but I am glad you're not the man we meet the other day."

"Never, I don't ever what to be that person, you are so strong Amy, please don't ever forget that I do need to talk to Sean more. There are some things I need to tell him that I don't want you to know."

"I have to be the strong one dad, A lot of shit has happened to me."

"I hate to be that person but, time is up. Say goodbye and we need to get out of here." Sean said.

I gave my dad a hug then rushed back into Mark's arms, I didn't mean to get rude with him earlier but it is just not fair for him to see my dad and I can't. I know they had to do it that way but Mark bends and breaks the rules all the time. He can break and bend them for me, he normally does.

"Please keep her safe, she is the only one I have left."

"She is safe with me sir, I will not let anything happen to her," Mark said holding me tight.

"Bye, dad," I said as we walked out of the room, Chica followed happily behind us.

Once we were down the hall Sean stopped us.

"Okay, so The best thing to do now is for you guys to get the fuck out. That way no one can say you guys where here. Once the results come in I'll let you guys know so you can see him."

"Where is he going to go?" I asked.

"He will stay here, it's the safest place for him, especially since he left a farm with a bunch of people like him. They might be looking for him."

"Okay, let's go get our food then we will head home," Mark said.

We walked up to his office but saw that our food was gone.
