five months.

five golden months since blurry left and everything was perfect.

josh graduated and with the help of laura and tyler, moved into an apartment with tyler since those two were inseparable. josh actually got a job as well the following week working as a co-worker at a small coffee shop called "the golden days cafe".

you could say everything was back to normal.

and to them, it was.

"love?" josh called out with small curiosity as he shut the door behind him and dropped his keys in a small bowl sitting quietly on a table next to the main entrance.

usually tyler would be waiting patiently by the door when josh got off work and josh found it pretty odd that he wasn't.

"ty?" josh called out again but still no answer came.

the boy once with dyed yellow curls, now joined tyler by shaving the yellow tufts off. it was kind of weird for tyler to see josh with a shaved head instead of bright lemon hair, so it took him awhile to get used to it.

josh slowly shuffled through the apartment with small worriment twinkling in his eyes, raising an eyebrow when he saw the bedroom door closed.

they never leave the door closed.

josh literally excepted the worse when he opened the door but mentally slapped himself for thinking tyler would ever cheat on him when he saw the brunet completely passed out on the bed. his face was smooshed against the pillows with a small bit of drool trickling down, josh couldn't help but coo at the sight and debated wether or not to join.

he did, if you were wondering.

josh slipped right under the brunets arm that was outstretched so far that his fingertips barley touched the edge, he tried to be quiet but tyler woke up anyways and snuggled the boy closer.

"hey," josh said with a small smile, "scared me a bit when you weren't waiting."

tyler yawned, flashing off his only two sharp canine amongst others before kissing josh sweetly, leaving only a few centimeters between them when he pulled back, "sorry love, didn't get much sleep last night and kind of passed out after you left for work."

josh 'aww'ed and cupped tylers face, "my poor baby, sorry for waking you up then."

tyler shook his head and pressed foreheads with his love, "don't be, i'd rather lose sleep just to listen to you rant about your day. now come on, i've been waiting the moment you got into bed and i don't think i can wait any longer."

josh giggled but did anyways.
