brave, brave women
fought for the vote
fought for the basic human rights
men were born with
and feminists never hated men
they never wanted power over the men;
but to have power over
themselves
but somewhere across the line,
they became the girl-power shit that
tarnishes the covers of
magazines
women serving a lighter
imprisonment sentence than a man
for the
same crime
is not what my feminism was;
but my feminism was taken from me
by over-privileged white women ruining
artwork
they took feminism and it manifested
as the rotting, toxic mess we have now;
destroying innocent men
for the hope of fame
this was not my feminism, my equality
but my feminism was taken from me and
i cannot be a feminist anymore.
