When I arrived at the Heathrow Airport, I collected my stuff and went outside to wait for the taxi driver to get me. Unlike Paris, the weather here was not the chilly but people were still wearing their coats and scarves to keep themselves warm. It felt so nice to be back. The taxi came quickly and I got into it. “Can you take me to Robert’s Art Studio please?” I asked the chubby taxi driver.

“Yes” he replied shortly.

The taxi driver dropped me off to my dad’s studio. I was still outside the studio looking around. It has been 11 years and everything looked absolutely perfect, just like it looked when I was little. There was still my favourite café right across the road and loads of other various shops and cafés to keep people entertained. Right in front of me was the studio. This was the place where I lived all my life. I had to leave because of my career and mine and dad’s relationship with each other. Tears were threatening to escape my eyes but I quickly wiped them off. I went inside the shop and saw Liam painting something in the work shop.  He looked really cute when he was concentrating really hard on something. That thought made me smile. Liam has been really good to me and my father. He looked after him for so many years when I wasn’t here. Sometimes I really wonder why doesn’t he just leave? Just when I was thinking about him, my thoughts were rudely interrupted by Liam. “Oh so you decided to come in the end? I thought you weren’t going to come” said Liam while smirking at me.

“Why wouldn’t I come? It’s my dad you know. Of course I would’ve come!” I said slightly annoyed that he thought that I wouldn’t come when my dad’s health was so bad that he is in hospital.

“Really, you want to know why I thought that? Well, because you haven’t been around in 11 years! Do you know how long that is? Do you know that he missed you so much! And… I missed you too” Liam said the last sentence barely above a whisper but I heard him.

“Look, I am very sorry that I haven’t been here lately but I was really busy with work! I am really sorry and I missed you and dad too. Listen, I am leaving my stuff upstairs in the flat and go and check on dad, then maybe we can go to the café and talk, would you like that?” I asked in an unsure voice.

“I suppose so” was what Liam mumbled and that made me so mad at him that I snapped.

“You know what? YOU ARE IMPOSSIBLE! I don’t know much about you but I don’t know how my dad has kept you still here after 11 years!” with that, I went upstairs.

I looked around the house very quickly and left my suit cases and violin case. I quickly rushed downstairs. I looked at my watch and saw that it was 5:00pm.  I took the bus to the Royal London Hospital and went to the receptionist. The receptionist was a very beautiful, petite girl who was talking on the phone.

“Excuse me”

“Look Lilly I will call you back. Yes, how may I help you?” asked the beautiful girl
