*Natalia's POV*

I woke up at 7:30am the next day and groaned.

I really don't feel like school today. Might as well just go back to sleep and stay home 'sick' for the day.

I had a few things I needed to do as well...

I woke up around 11 and got out of bed, not bothering to get dressed I walked downstairs to grab something to eat.

I sat back down upstairs (this is literally me everyday) and checked my phone.

A few missed calls and texts from Calum, Bethany and Madyson all asking where I was.

I read through the text messages quickly but didn't respond to any of them, I don't wanna get them in trouble for having their phones out in class.

I opened my laptop and looked up 21 Guns by Green Day.

The beat of the song sarted playing and I opened walked across my room to the bookshelf, I've always his things behind my books.

I moved the Harry Potter series and dropped the books to the floor, I grabbed my hidden pocket knife and sat back down on my bed.

The chorus blasted throughout my room and tears sat at the edge of my eyes and I removed my shirt so I was only wearing my bra and pajama pants, I pressed the cold metal to my skin and tears sat at the edge of my eyes.

I closed my eyes and started doing something I never thought I would do.

*Calum's POV*

The lunch bell rang and I was worried as fuck.

I already know what Michael said yesterday and now Natalia isn't showing up, and I know I shouldn't be worrying this much because she's probably just sick or maybe she overslept.

I started swiftly walking towards the back of the school where me, Luke, Michael and Ashton used to always hang out.

"Hey Calum!" Bethany caught up to and I slowed down, "Hey" I said "Have you seen Natalia?" she asked "No clue." I said "Do you know what happened yesterday by any chance?" she asked "Nat and Connor got into a fight I guess. Michael also said that she was pathetic and to go die" I sighed "What an asshole" she said.

"Where are you off too?" she asked "Gonna find Michael" I said, she smirked "Can I help you beat his ass?" she joked.

I playfully rolled my eyes, "Fingers crossed for no violence" I said "You would've thought the complete opposite last month" she said under her breath but I heard her anyway.

I looked at her, "Oh, sorry" she blushed "Nah, probably deserved that. Sorry for the past" I said "You're forgiven. Sorry for us being whore goddesses" she said, I laughed a little at that and we continued to walk.

We got to the backyard of the school and I saw Ashton sitting there.

"Do you know where Michael is?" I called at Ashton, he glanced up at me.

"7-11 I think, why do you care anyways?" he asked, I thought he would've killed me just for talking to him but he actually doesn't seem that bitchy.

"Michael was kinda a asshole yesterday" I said in a obvious tone "Yeah, I didn't ever expect that from him" he said.

"Yeah, I guess I'll see you around" I said and walked off with Bethany.

"Ashton doesn't seem that bad anymore" she smiled a little, "Yehh, he's like that though. He could be just playing with our stupid little minds" I said "Okay. First of all, my mind is not stupid. Second of all, I think Ashton could really change" she said "Believe what you want" I chuckled and she stuck her tounge out at me.

We noticed Michael leaning against the wall drinking a slush. "Hey Michael" I called.

He looked up and glared at us, "What the fuck do you guys want?" he cursed.

"Could you please leave Natalia alone?" I said, I shoved my hands into my pocket "I'll tell you what I told Connor. I don't regret what I said and I'll say it again if I have too." he said.

"You know she takes little things like that seriously" Beth said, "Great, I'd love to come to the funeral" he smirked and walked off.

I sighed, "Looks like he's not going to stop" she ran a hand through her hair. "Well, I kinda expected that, especially from him" I said, she shrugged. "Anyways we should get back before we're late" I said and we started walking back in silence.
