"Still, Nat! I don't trust Calum." I yell at Nat at lunch.
He made her late. She was never late!
I don't know if Nat knows I like her. Bethany sees it, so does Madyson. And Kassie!
I never confessed it but I'm pretty sure I make it obvious every day.
"Connor! Stop being so worried!" She says taking a bite of her sandwich.
Kassie, Madyson & Beth had to stay in for the whole lunch since they tried
to fish with a dream catcher in Mrs. Jackson's aquarium. So it's just me & Nat.

"Connor..?" I hear a voice. "Connor!" Nat says snapping her fingers in front my face.
I spaced out again. "Calum is okay! He's nice, cute, funny. He even wore a pink jacket for me." She says staring at space with a loving gaze.
What if Calum and his group was just being nice to Nat because they wanted revenge?
After what Beth told me of what happened at Starbucks. I don't think I can ever trust again.

The teacher left. Beth & Kassie stood there with a blank expression.
It was not my fault Beth wanted to fish with a dream catcher, Kassie agreed with her.
