Chapter #34

*Natalia's POV*

I was actually in a good mood today, unlike usual, which was weird, but I didn't question. I felt happy. For no reason at all.

I walked into class and a face that I've never seen before was sitting near the back of the classroom, right beside me.

Her jet black hair went halfway down her back and she was dressed in light blue skinny jeans and a plain black tanktop, with a red cardigan over it.

She was really pretty.

I took my seat beside her, "Hi!" I chirped, she seemed astonished that someone was actually talking to her.

"Uhm... Hi" she said shyly, "I'm Natalia, what about you?" I asked, "Jade." she smiled at me.

"You're new?" I asked, "Pretty obviously, yeah."

I smirked, she turned to look at me, I got a better look at her futures.

Her piercing green eyes staring back into my blue ones, her skin was a rosy colour, with big, plump, peach pink lips. She was wearing mascara and a think line of eyeliner.

"You're really pretty." I said, "I'm told that all the time, I don't think it's true though." her gaze dropped to the floor.

"Are you serious?!" I said with a annoyed tone "Hm?" she gave a me a confused look. "You're one of those people that just denies everyone's compliments, I kinda hate people like that. I don't deny because I know I'm flawless." I flipped my hair sassily.

She laughed a perfect laugh, "I usually deny it because it's mostly boys trying to say that to get into my pants, and I'm not sure on your sexuality yet--" I cut her off.

"Don't worry, I have a boyfriend, and I'm pretty sure I'm not bi or lesbian, but it could happen, you never know I guess."

She laughed, "Oh,"

"Well, in that case, thank you for your lovely compliment" I smiled.

"Sorry for assuming you were trying to get into my pants..." she mumbled soon after, I laughed, "It's fine."

I could tell me and Jade were going to be really close friends.

It was lunch and me and Jade started walking towards the lunchroom, "Us there anything I need to know about this school, other than school meatloaf is disgusting?" she giggled.

"I'd stay away from Michael."

"Who's 'Michael'?"

"Just some asshole, he's pretty recognizable. Red, orangey hair, green eyes, tattoos"

"Seems pretty asshole-ish"

"Mhm."

She laughed. "Your laughing now, but as soon as he sees you hanging out with me, he's gonna put you on his 'hate list'" I said.

"Shit! That was harsh! I wouldn't worry about Michael though, I'm his main target anyways."

She nodded, "I'm not scared about hanging out with you, I'm a rebel." she smirked.

"Why does this Michael kid hate you so much anyways?" she asked.

"It's a long story...."

"And there's a half-hour before class starts."

"Okay you win. Me, and 3 of my other friends, Bethany, Kassie and Sonny kinda stole Calum, Luke and Ashton away from Michael. Because Michael, Luke, Ashton and Calum were best friends and they would bully us and other one of our friends; Connor. So now I'm dating Calum, Bethany is dating Luke and I'm pretty good friends with Ashton, and now Michael is a loner and takes his anger out on me."

"Well shit." she chuckled.

"Yeah, nobody really likes him anymore."

"So, where are Bethany, Kassie, Sonny and Connor, didn't you say you guys are friends?" she asked.

"It's a bit of a sob story..."

"20 minutes till lunch ends..." she smiled

I sighed. "Sonny committed suicide, Connor is in the hospital because he jest recently got hit by a semi while saving my life, me and Kassie are in a fight and Bethany has a cold today."

She almost chocked, "Wow." she said.

"Yeah, I have a pretty dramatic, emotional life"

"But what do you mean; Connor was trying to save your life?" she asked

"We were crossing this busy street and this semi came out of nowhere, he pushed me out of the way but he was hit, I still have this huge, ugly scar on my leg from skidding across the road but that's the least of my worries."

"You have quite a interesting life, y'know?" she said

"It's crap."

"It's interesting to listen about, if I could I would turn your life into a movie, or a tv show, like Keeping Up With The Kardashians! I dunno, you're interesting"

"I have to agree"

"Exactly."

The bell rang, "Okay, see you later Jade"

"Bye Natalia!" she smiled and we walked off in our own directions.

It was after school and I quietly stood beside my locker, because I had nothing better too do.

Some random girl, that looked a lot like Jade, but younger (Jade did say something about having a younger sister that was a complete bitch).

She slowly approached me and rolled up my sleeve and held my arm up.

"LOOK! NATALIA CUTS!" she yelled, everyone looked and started whispering amongst themselves.

My world went in slow motion as I yanked my arm back down and heard her mutter; "slut"

I walked as fast as I could down the hall, hearing footsteps run after me.

I heard Jade yelling at her sister as I left the school and felt a hand on my wrist, dragging me into a back alley.
