"Hey babe," Mikey said as he walked up to me, wrapping his arms around my waist and kissing my cheek.

"Hey Mike." I smiled at him and saw him smile back out of the corner of my eye.

"I'm tired," He muttered, laying his head on my shoulder.

"Then why don't you go to sleep," I said.

"Because I want you to come with me," He said.

I chuckled. "But what if I don't want to?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Then I guess I'm not going to sleep." He shrugged.

"Just go to sleep," I said, trying to push him in the direction to the room we were staying in.

"No. I want you to come with me." He pouted and gave me his best puppy dog eyes.

I laughed at him but finally decided that I would stop being stubborn and go cuddle with him so he wouldn't pass out from exhaustion.

"Fine. I'm just gonna go tell Mindy that we're going to lay down," I said.

He smiled at me and pecked my lips. "Okay. I'll be waiting." He winked and I narrowed my eyes at him. He chuckled and walked upstairs to our room.

"Hey, Mindy!" I called out to her from where she was in the living room on the sofa.

"Yeah, dad?" She asked. I smiled at the name before remembering what I called her for.

"Your other dad and myself are going to lay down, okay?"

"Okay." She nodded and continued playing around with Sabrina and annoying Zion.

I walked upstairs and decided to go check up on Ivy and Brooklyn first, just to make sure that Brook was alright.

I gently knocked on the door before hearing a quiet "come in" from Ivy. I slowly opened the door and peeked my head in to see Brooklyn fast asleep with Ivy cuddled up to him with her head on his chest.

"Fell asleep pretty quickly then, huh?" I chuckled.

She nodded with a slight smile as she looked up at him.

"Yeah. He was really tired and grumpy," She said.

I nodded. "Okay. Well, I just wanted to check up on you guys to make sure Brooklyn was alright. I'm going to lay down with Mikey now 'cause he's tired as well."

She nodded but then froze. "Who's gonna watch the kids?"

"Rye. He's in the living room with them right now."

"Oh, okay." She relaxed a bit and released a quiet breath of relief.

"Okay. Well, I'm gonna go now," I said awkwardly.

"Okay. Bye, Andy."

"Bye." I closed the door before heading over to Mikey and I's room. I walked in to see him trying to keep his eyes open.

"Why didn't you just go to sleep?" I asked as I closed the door and walked over to the bed.

"Because I wanted to wait for you," He answered with a yawn.

I rolled my eyes and let him wrap his arms around me, allowing myself to be comforted by the feeling of his strong arms.

"Go to sleep now," I said.

"Okay mom," He joked.

I chuckled and lightly hit his arm before looking at him out of the corner of my eye, seeing him close his eyes and slowly start to drift off to sleep.

Heyy, it's been a while. I know it's not a day where I'd usually publish chapters for this book, but I wanted to do it now, so that's what I'm gonna do. It's 1:40am right now so don't mind me! I'm just over tired and decided that I wanted to publish a chapter😄
