"Babe!" I yelled, realising the house was too quiet.

"Yeah?" Brooklyn called back.

"What are you up to?" I asked as I walked toward the sound of his voice.

"Just pack work," He replied.

I walked into his office and saw him with papers surrounding him on his desk and his eyes focused on his computer as he typed.

I kissed his cheek and sat on his lap, leaning my head on his shoulder.

"Ivy, not now. I have to work," Brooklyn stated as he glanced down at me.

"But you've been working for hours!" I whined.

"One more hour, then I'll come cuddle with you," Brooklyn said.

I huffed. "Okay, fine."

"I love you," Brooklyn said as I got up from his lap.

"I love you too," I said back as I pecked his lip and then walked out of the room, gently closing the door behind me.

I sighed as I walked downstairs and flopped down onto the sofa, completely and utterly bored.

"Ivyyyy!" Rye whined in my head.

"What?" I asked as I smiled slightly, relieved that I'd be entertained for at least a little while.

"What are you doing?" He asked.

"Nothing," I replied.

"What's that supposed to mean?" He asked.

"It's supposed to mean that I'm bored as fuck and Brook's busy," I answered.

He chuckled. "I'm bored too. I was just gonna ask if you wanted to come out with me, Jack, Bet, and Kayla."

"Yeah, sure," I replied as I got up from the sofa.

"Okay. I'll come pick you up in about ten minutes," He planned out.

"Okay. See you soon."

"Love you."

"Love you too."

"Brook!" I yelled as I walked to our room to change into something that wasn't Brooklyn's hoodie and some sweats.

"Yeah?" He called.

"I'm going out with Rye, Jack, Bet, and Kayla. I'll be out for an hour or two," I informed.

"Okay. I'll see you later then," He said, sounding too focused on his work to even care.

I changed and put on a bit of makeup so I don't look as dead and walked to the front door.

"Bye Brook! I love you!" I yelled. Then I walked out of the house and waited for Rye's vehicle to come into sight.

Hey guys! I'm soooo tired! I haven't slept at all in two days. But this update is what was most important!
