~~~~~3rd person POV(I still like it.)~~~~~~
A while later Harry was nervously sitting by his daughters bedside, his chin rested on his folded hands and his foot tapping restlessly. Lily was lying on the bed, back in the hospital gown and still confused. Neither person said anything because Lily didn't know the strange man and Harry couldn't bring himself to talk about things his daughter wouldn't remember. Harry had wanded Ginny and told her to meet him at St Mungos because he found Lily. He also told her to be prepared.
After a few minutes of awkward silence and mixed emotions, Harry caught sight of Ginnys red hair he jumped out of his seat and go ready to run towards her, that was when he saw a mop of brown hair. Harry slowly approached Ginny and saw a woman standing next to her.
"Astoria" He whispered shocked.
Harry hadn't seem her since...
~~~~~time skip backwards(3rd POV)~~~~~
It was about three in the morning and the rain was crashing against the windows. There was one desperate thump on the door, then a squeaking sound as through someone had fallen on the door and slid down it. Ginny was upstairs asleep and Harry was in the living room, finalising some case files from work. He got up and cautiously opened the door. He couldn't see anyone there, then he looked down and saw a blond man. Draco was curled up on the door step, his cloths soaking and his body trembling with cold and grief. He was a broken man.
"D-Draco?" Harry asked, shocked to see his kind of friend curled up on his doorstep.
"H-harry, I'm so sorry, I-i didn't have anywhere else to go," Draco whispered, inbetween sobs.
Harry could do nothing but help Draco off the ground and bring him inside. He handed him a towel to wrap around himself and told him to wait in the living room while Harry got him some dry cloths.
When Harry got up stairs he woke his wife. Ginny was...well shocked when he told her about Draco. She asked were Stryker was and why Draco was here. Harry didn't know. He got some spare cloths, Draco and him were about the same size, and rushed back down the stairs. He gave Draco the cloths. The blond man nodded apreativly and took them.
"Draco, why are you here? What happened?" Harry asked.
Draco quivered then took a deep breath and spoke.
"Astoria left me. I wanted us to move out of the Manor, away from Lucius. But she disagreed. She said that I didn't really love her, that I had to put up with my father for her and Stryker because we needed the money. So she left."
Harry nodded.
"And Stryker?" He asked.
Draco started crying again.
"S-she took h-him and g-gave him to L-Lucius." He said, between tears. "Harry, I need to get him back."
"We will, I'll help you. But you can't go in this state, dry yourself off, put on some dry cloths and calm down. Then we'll go get Stryker."
Back upstairs Ginny was taking care of things herself. She was never very good at the emotions, that was Harry's area of expertise. But she knew about children and was definitely going to get Stryker back. She pulled out her phone, as Stryker was still in primary school, and was about to text him when she saw that Stryker had actually texted her first. She read the text, he always called Harry and her Aunty and Uncle.
'Aunty Ginny, I think something's wrong with mum and dad. Mum just pushed Dad out of the house. I don't want to stay with Lucius. He scares me. Can you come and get me?'
Ginny lept out of bed, she pulled on her slippers and her long coat, putting her wand in the pocket. She ran down the stairs and saw Harry.
"Ginny, were are you going?" Harry asked.
"I'm going to get Stryker, he texted me. Don't worry I'll be fine. Where's Draco?"
"In the bathroom."
"Keep him here, tell him I'm going to get his son and that I'll be back soon."
With that Ginny pulled the door open, got into the car and didn't come back until she had Stryker.
Needless to say the renuin was tearful on Draco's part. Stryker was just confused. Draco explained as much as he could as well as he could and hoped his son wasn't mad. In the end Stryker just hugged him.
They had to Stay with Harry and Ginny for a while, Lily was delighted to know that her best and only friend was temporarily living with them. She didn't know why and no one wanted to tell her, not even Stryker. She didn't know until much later, when men from the minerstry knocked on Harry's door. They told Harry that Draco and Stryker had to stay with Lucius and Astoria. They could do nothing but comply.
Lucius was angrier than ever and Astoria didn't care, as long as she got money.

So it was no wonder that Harry was shocked to see, Ginny awkwardly patting Astoria's back as the woman cried her heart out.
"Um, Ginny?" Harry said.
"Oh Harry, thank Merlin," then she lip sunk 'help me' and pointed to the crying Astoria.
"Um, Astoria? Is everything ok?" He asked, uncertain.
Then he instantly regretted asking as Astoria flung herself at Harry and pulled him into a tight hug as she cried and rambled on about how sorry she was for leaving Draco and how bad things got and how she wanted to see her son and how she... well, to make a long story short, it was all about her.
Harry eventually managed to pry Astoria off him and wiggled out of her grasp.
"I'm sorry to hear that," he said before taking Ginnys wrist and quickly walking out of her line of sight.
"Now that's she's back there's going to be trouble, I thought we were done with her." Ginny muttered. "I wonder what she wants."
"We have a bigger problem right now, Ginny." Harry replied.
"But, I thought you said you found Lily?"
"She doesn't remember anything, nothing at all. The doctor said that it was because her brain is still healing. He said it will take time but she will remember everything eventually."
Ginny looked out of focus, like she was somewhere else.
"How long?" She asked.
"He can't be certain. Anywhere from a day to a year. But something's could jog her memory, like a loved one or a childhood toy. Something she's known for a long time and has a connection with."
Ginny nodded.
"I want to see her."
