~Halloween Bonus Chapter Part 2~

Danny POV

I wake up to knee in my back. I sit up and see Emily sleeping in this weird position.

"So she can sleep like that but can't give me room on the couch?" I say to myself as I admire her sleeping body.

I look at the clock and I decide that it wasn't worth fighting over bed space for a few more minutes of sleep. I get up and stretch and head downstairs to get some breakfast.

"Hmm, should I scare Collin to wake him up or let him be?" I think to myself and before I head down the stairs I decide I'll scare him.

I slowly open his door to see him sleeping. I then close the door and head to our bedroom. I find a mask and head back to Collins room.

I move quickly and quietly to be next to him. I tap him on the shoulder while my masked face is next to his.

"Ahhh!" He screams and jolts away from me.

I couldn't contain it, I started laughing and it looks could kill I'll be dead right now.

"Daniel, what is your problem!" Collin yelled at me before throwing his pillow at me.

"Haha, I'm sorry I couldn't help it!" I say while laughing uncontrollably. I take off the mask and I see his frowning face. "Aw why do blue, you got no boo?" I say before laughing at my own pun.

"You're not funny."

"You just don't know a good pun."

"My sister married a child."

"Yeah, but she loves me. Did you check out what I did to her, that's all love." I say wiggling my eyebrows.

Collin makes a hacking sound before throwing another pillow at me. "Dude! Stop talking like that to me, that's my sister!" He cries out and I shrug my shoulders at him.

Someone needs to grow up, I think to myself. But then again I hate hearing my brother-in-laws talk like that about my sisters. So I guess this time I won't say anything.

"Well, I'm going make breakfast if you want to join me for what may be your last meal then follow them." I say in my near perfect Dracula voice.

As I walking out the room I hear Collin mumble. "Yeah if you're cooking it's going to be my last meal."

"That hurts, as if you drove a wooden stake through my heart." I say as I smiled at him waiting to see if he got the reference.

He rolled his eyes at me. "You're ridiculous." Before getting out of the bed and following me.

As I'm cooking a delicious and non lethal meal, I look over and see Collin not as excited or happy as he has been the past few days.

"Did I go to far this morning by scaring him? No, he normally enjoys them and he even tried to scare me last night. Plus he knows how much I love scaring people." I think to myself.

I serve him his eggs and bacon with a side of toast. He just takes the plate and picks at the food.

I watch him as I eat my breakfast. I'm waiting to see if he says something or does something to signal to me what the problem really is.

So after a long silent meal I decide to break the silence. "So what's with you?" I ask him.

"I'm just not hungry."

"Yeah, that will be the day." I say with a small laugh.

"Why can't I not be hungry?"

Wow okay, someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
