Tris' POV

Right now, I'm in Spanish class but Mrs. Hayes said that we could do whatever we wanted. It's weird since she's one of the strictest teachers at this school, or so I'm told, but I don't fight it. A free period is a free period and I'm going to enjoy it.

Zeke, Uriah, Tobias, Carmen and I are on group chat now. We're talking about what we've been up to when Carmen texts us the worst thing possible:

Carmen: Tris are you going to tell Toby you like him already?!?

The Pedrads burst into laughter when they read that and I blush like crazy. I wish that she would pay attention to what chat she's on.

"Dude! Now's your chance! Ask her," Zeke whisper-yells.

What the hell is that idiot talking about? Then I ask myself how often does he make sense. Which is never. So I should have seen this coming.

"Er, Tris?" Asks Tobias.

"Yes?" I ask back very suspiciously. But I'm still super nervous considering the text message Carmen just sent.

"Um, do you, er, want to go on a date with me?" He finishes scratching the back of his neck. That's so... him.

"Yes, Tobias. I would love to," I whisper into his ear happily.

Author's Note: Tobias and Tris are going on a date now! Are you happy now? I hope you are! I work hard on this. I'm not Veronica Roth so Divergent isn't mine. By the way, I'm going to Six Flags America tomorrow, so I might just have to update again today instead of tomorrow morning or two days from now. Love you! Bye Babes!

 Love you! Bye Babes!
