Regular high school? Nope! Read this to go through all the ups and downs of Divergent high with Tris, Four, Uriah, Christina and all of your favored Divergent characters!
I worked very hard on this story so please don't steal any of my original idea...
I take a deep breath. Man that note is long!I listen as the instrumental comes close to the end. Here we go again. Oh, hey. That's the name of a song!I think to myself.
One step closer,
One step closer......
I have died
everyday
waiting for you
darling don't be afraid
I have loved you
for a thousand years...
I'll love you for a thousand more...
All along I believed
I would find you
time has brought
your heart to me
and I have loved you
For a thousand years...
I'll love you for
A thousand more.....
I'm finally done! That song is extremely above my singing level but I think I pulled it off. The music finishes and everyone smiles, claps, and stands up hoping for an encore. That's too much work, though. Other groups need to preform, anyways.
"Sorry, but I think my vocal cords won't be feeling so great if I sing that song over and over again!" I say into the microphone. I hear a few sighs as I walk next to four down the stairs.
We get to hear two other groups preform before the beel rings signaling the end of the period. Thank Gosh It's almost lunch, I think to myself. But not really. I still have three more periods after this before I go for my meal! Oh my gosh, I'm so hungry.
Author's Note: I'm glad I finished this in one night! I'm kind of tired so good nighteveryone, I'm about to drift off. Disclaimer: I don't own Divergent, but Veronica Roth does.
